!  BIOGRAPHY !  !  Mr. Johnson is a project management leader with a record of improving organizational profitability and productivity while

increasing customer satisfaction levels by consistently delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. His background illustrates an expertise at initiating client relationships, analyzing their specific needs, and driving the full lifecycle of complex initiatives to meet established requirements. As a team leader and staff manager, Mr. Johnson has consistently proven his ability to hire, mentor, and motivate high performance professionals to meet and exceed milestones and expectations. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, financial / budget management, cost controls, vendor negotiations, scheduling, total operations oversight, and turnaround leadership.

!  !  Most recently, Mr. Johnson established JMark Management LLC, a Construction Project Management, Real Estate

Brokerage and Building Inspection firm providing services to Owners, Developers, and Contractors for direct Project Management, CPM Scheduling, and Owner Representation of projects both internationally and in the US.

!  !  As a colleague of Blake Consult & Management since 2006, he played the lead role in orchestrating the build-out of a

$600M mix use six-star resort. Here, he supervised the design, purchasing, build out, change orders, RFI’s and the project team.

!  !  Preceding this tenure, Mr. Johnson was the President and Co-owner of Florida Preferred Homes, a $5M custom home

designer and builder. He achieved 14% net profitability within two years by providing leadership to all aspects of the operation, including sales, land acquisition, contract management, financial oversight, and product development.

!  !  As VP of Construction at Medallion Homes Gulf Coast, a privately held semi-custom homebuilder; Mr. Johnson oversaw

and managed $40M in ongoing construction projects. During his engagement, he developed and implemented strategies to significantly increase product quality, elevate customer satisfaction, and improve profitability margins.

!  !  Before these successes, Mr. Johnson provided leadership to Arthur Rutenberg Homes, a $30M privately held ultra-custom

homebuilder. Within three years, he directed the full lifecycle construction of 20 custom homes (each with an average value of $900K) to achieve 12% net profitability rates and 0% defects per phase. He also added average revenues of $100K per home at 40% profit by driving sales of upgrades and change orders to homeowners.

!  !  Mr. Johnson received his education in Business Management from Northwood Institute in Midland, Michigan, and he is a

licensed contractor in the State of Florida. He is a proud supporter of The Humane Society of Tampa Bay, Wheels of Success and Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County. He enjoys power boating, live music, dancing and dining out.
