Kunal Awasthy an Engineering graduate with a post graduation in business management has 14 years of rich corporate experience. He has worked in a senior management capacity with large Corporates such as IL&FS, Elbee, Orix and All Cargo. With exposure to varied business functions he started his career in marketing, sales, brand/product management, management of indirect channels and advertising. He has built and launched successful brands in Logistics and Express Industry.

•Kunal’s 7 years at IL&FS group led him to turn around businesses. He also successfully helped launch several new business ventures which have generated multi crore turnover. He was one of the youngest Vice Presidents at IL&FS group. •As a Strategic Business Head at All Cargo, one of the largest publicly listed logistics companies in India, Kunal launched Container Freight Stations, set up a joint venture with Indian Railways subsidiary Concor, got into strategic partnership with IL&FS to set up maritime related infrastructure in India and signed MOU’s with state governments of Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat to roll out maritime related infrastructure.

As a CFO at various organizations, Paresh has extensive experience in corporate financial control, administration, business process control, corporate resources management, corporate governance and statutory compliances.

As COO for 6 years with Parkinson Clarke (HK) Ltd, Paresh oversaw the conduction of over 3500 shipments of varied cargo from many manufacturers of the world to many markets of the world. The operations involved a non-stop flow of incoming enquiries devolving into sourcing, trade-financing and deliveries for a wide range of customers. He has successfully structured trading transaction of varied magnitude with buyers, bankers and suppliers.

Snehal KulshreshthaExecutive Director

Snehal Kulshreshtha a management graduate from University of Hong Kong has 21 years of experience in hospitality and real estate sectors.

He has worked in senior management capacity at • Oberoi Group, one of India’s most respected 5-star chain; • Holiday Inn Group; • Applebees, a reputed chain of restaurants from the US; • Rasna a large beverage producer; • Yum! Brand, world’s largest distributors of Pizza Hut and KFC; and • Kalpataru Ltd, a giant Real Estate developer.

He has extensive experience in hotel infrastructure development, Branding, Advertising, Operations and Strategic sourcing. He has overseen strategy, built hotels, serviced-apartments, resorts and shopping centres, besides being involved in the conceptualising, development and building of golf courses and large townships.

He also has extensive experience in developing sourcing strategies for real estate development and building strong relationships with suppliers. In Mark Infratrade Snehal leads the function of Global Sourcing, Supply chain and Strategic Alliances.

Ashish Mantri has been independently practicing in the finance field for the past 6 years. Prior to that Ashish has clocked a career of 20 years in corporate finance with several companies, the last of them as CFO of Dodsal Group.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, Ashish has honed his skills over all these years in the financial hub of the country – Mumbai.

Ashish has come on board as Advisor to advise on our Structured-Trade-Finance Desk and to engineer financing solutions for our project-based clients.

Nilesh Mistry has over 25 years of experience in Operations, Legal, Government Relations, lobbying for Govt. Policy Shaping & CSR activities in Leisure, Entertainment & Infrastructure Industry. Nilesh brings significant expertise as a profit-centre head, developing strategy for establishing corporate goals & budgets and leading teams for achievement of goals.

He led the development and planning of India’s first Leisure & Entertainment based SEZ in the north-west suburbs of Mumbai. Capt. S.BalakrishnanRegional Director – Sri Lanka & Middle East

Capt. Balakrishnan brings a very rich experience in Infrastructure, Logistics and Administration and has worked in Logistics, Commerce, IT, Defense services and other industries prior to joining Mark.

Bala holds a bachelors degree and has done Logistics and resources management courses while serving as a Captain in India Army.

During his tenure with companies such as Mphasis, Wipro Technologies, Aricient (formerly Flextronics Software Systems), Bala has been instrumental in defining strategies and bringing in synergies by integrating various functions like Infrastructure management, Facilities and Fleet management.

Veeresh Manrai has more than 16 years of sales experience in manufacturing and logistics industry.

A qualified production engineer and a management graduate, Veeresh has worked for 14 years in various positions in Ingersoll Rand where he headed the National Sales for productivity solutions division. In his role as National Sales Head, Veeresh has traveled extensively and handled various international assignments.

In his role as a Vice president at All Cargo Global Logistics, Veeresh not only handled the Global Sales but was also responsible for the Business Development in the Indian region and was heading the transport and equipment leasing business.
