Mark 1:14-16 Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came to Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.” Preaching- to urge acceptance or abandonment of an idea or course of action; specifically: to exhort in an officious or tiresome manner—officious—annoying Gospel- good message- good news- declare-mlife of Jesus Christ Time is fulfilled (to put into effect, to convert into reality) remember bible says Jesus was coming to die for our sins Repent- to turn from sin and dedicate oneself to the amendment of one's life 1. Sin- 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness Romans 14:10-12--For it is written: “As I live, says the LORD,Every knee shall bow to Me,And every tongue shall confess to God.” So then each of us shall give account of himself to God. So then each of us shall give account of himself to God. – Everything you do, you now have heard the word of God, what you do from now on you have no excuse. To do right from wrong, to commit sin, or not to commit sin. 1 Corinthians 15:24 Awake to righteousness, and do not sin; for some do not have the knowledge of God. I speak this to your shame. 1. Mark 4:22 – God sees everything He is everywhere For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light. Rev. 22:12-15 “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. 13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.” Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. 15 But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.
