Very Berry Bites
Very Berry Bites is an easy to make,
healthy breakfast recipe.
Ingredients include:
1. Whole-grain waffles
2. Your favorite yogurt
3. Fresh Blueberries
4. Fresh Strawberries
5. Fresh Raspberries
6. Fresh Bananas
7. * Optional: Organic Blue Agave All
Natural Sweetener
Wash it all down with a refreshing
glass of milk or orange juice.
1. Toast your waffle
2. Cut your waffle into four pieces
3. Spread yogurt all over your
waffle
4. Add your fresh fruit on top of
your waffle pieces
5. Add the optional Organic Blue
Agave Sweetener

The Green Monster
• 1 banana
• 10 ice cubes
• 10-12 ounces almond
milk (or regular milk)
• 10 ounces spinach
• 3 ounces of kale
(optional)

• 1 scoop protein powder

the blender first,
2. then protein powder
and spinach.
3. Put in the rest of the
ingredients,
4. blend, and serve!

Layer these
ingredients in a dish:
1. first the fruit,
2. then the yogurt,

4. Repeat the layers

are used up,

1 cup of rolled oats
2 cups of milk
1.Dump the oats and milk in a pot over
medium-low heat. You may have to ask a
grownup to help with the stove.
2.Bring this to a simmer and stir
frequently.
3.Once the oats soften and the liquid
thickens, you can add a flavoring such as
butter or honey. I like mine plain.
4.Simmer and stir until the oats are soft
and milk is absorbed. It takes about 10
minutes.
5.You can top with raisins, apple sauce or
cinnamon.
6.I am going to top mine with raisins
today.

The Worm Tomato & Pancake Morning
• one globe tomato
• 2 spoons of sweet peas
• 2 spoons of chopped
carrot
• 1 tuna can
• 3 spoons of light
mayonnaise
• 2 green or red grapes
• 1 or 2 chopsticks
1. In a bowl put sweet peas, carrots,
mayonnaise and tuna mix them up
2. wash the globe tomato and cut it
into small slices but do not touch
the bottom of tomato when you
are cutting it.
3. put the tuna mixture between
every slice.
4. cut the grapes in half and use the
sharp side of the chopstick to nail
the half grape in the front side of
the tomato to make its eyes.
5. You can serve it with a pancake
enjoy.

• 1/2 cup Butter, softened
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 egg
• 1 TBSP vanilla
• 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup golden raisins and/or
milk chocolate pieces
• 3 cups Cheerios
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In large mixing bowl beat butter & peanut butter
with electric mixer on high for 30 seconds.
3. Add sugar, baking soda, and salt.
4. Beat until combined, scraping sides of bowl.
5. Beat in water, egg, and vanilla until combined.
6. Beat in flour until combined.
7. Beat in as much of the rolled oats as you can
with the mixer.
8. Stir in any remaining rolled oats.
9. Stir in raisins and Cheerios.
10. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls about 3 inches apart
onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly.
11. Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are brown.
12. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes.
13. Transfer to wire rack and cool completely.
14. Store cookies in tightly covered container for
up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
Makes 24 (2 cookie) servings.

• 1/3 Cup Shortening / butter
• 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
• 3/4 cup All purpose Flour
• 2/3 Cup Oatmeal

Cinnamon
• Milk (as needed)
• 1/4 teaspoon Molasses
• 3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
• Greek Yogurt (for topping)
• Chopped Strawberries (or
other healthy fruit of choice)
1. Preheat oven for 350C
2. Crack egg in a bowl and beat well.
3. Add the vanilla extract,
4. Add in the Flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and
cinnamon
5. Mix well in the bowl with shortening and
required quantity of milk to form cookie
dough
6. Grease a cookie sheet on a baking pan
7. Roll the dough into small balls, flatten
between palms and palce on cookie sheet
2 inches apart
8. Cook in oven for about 10 min or until light
brown in color. Make sure dough is
properly cooked by using a fork
9. Remove from oven, cool top with greek
yogurt and fruit and enjoy

Healthy Snowman
• 2 cups of Whole wheat
flour
• 1/2 cups water
• 1 piece of carrot
• 2 Celery sticks
• 2 ounces raisins
• 1 apple
• 1 orange
• 1 banana
1. Mix the flour and the
water, in a bowl,
2. when ready, pour in a
warm/hot pan and
make the pancakes.
3. Once made, decorate
the pancakes with the
fruit and vegetables

1. Pre-cut ingredients first.
Start by cutting the
strawberries in half and
then cut other ingredients to
a similar size.
2. Thread kabob ingredients
onto a skewer in any order
you like. Mix it up for fun.
3. Pour the yogurt into a small
bowl.
4. Mix the vanilla, honey and
cinnamon into the yogurt.
