Mariner’s is about people. It’s a simple statement that has driven Mariner’s Church to have a tremendous impact in the Southern California area over the years, and an attitude that is unmistakable as you visit their 46 acre campus. Under the leadership of Senior Pastor Kenton Beshore, Mariner’s has seen tremendous growth over the years because of their heart to reach the un-churched, becoming the second largest church in Orange County. It’s a passion that exists in their ministry to all age groups, but is especially evident in their ministry towards kids.

With a new Children’s facility and Worship Center completed in 2005, the focus turned towards equipping the student ministry for greater impact in Orange County. Plans and funds were mobilized in 2006 to build the students of Mariner’s a state of the art ministry center including auditoriums for college, Sr. and Jr. High ministries. Boasting an outdoor skate park, indoor baskeball courts and various game and multi-purpose spaces in addition to the auditoriums, the new Student Center equipped the youth and young adult ministries of Mariner’s to continue their mission to reach people who weren’t interested in church. “Mariner’s wanted to equip the Student Center for exciting ministry that kids would look forward to all week long. In order to do this, CCI Solutions partnered with Mariner’s to design cutting edge audio, video and lighting systems that would provide maximum flexibility and effectiveness,” says Mark Pearson, Senior Systems Consultant with CCI Solutions. “What Mariner’s ended up with were highly flexible, state of the arts systems that could meet the demands of the student ministries for years to come.”

Mariner’s Church, which also serves as the location for Catalyst West, is located on a 46 acre campus in Irvine, CA and includes Port Mariner’s (Children’s Facility), the Student Center, The Chapel as well as various other meeting and administrative spaces.
