Cocktail finger food served to your guests continuously for a 1 1/2 hour duration which includes 10 varieties (excluding fresh prawns and oysters) from our cocktail menu. Your wedding cake will be served on platters to your guests for dessert.

Disability Access Marina Views has an internal lift for disabled accessalong with ammenities for dissabled use.

Viewing & Planning Meetings To arrange to view the venue please call the number on the front of the packages.

Access

Marina Views endeavors to allow access prior to your wedding, to help with the ease of set-up for our couples. This is not always possible due to prior bookings and opening and closing times, so all access must be arranged in advance to fit in with other events.

Our wedding planners are available for meetings Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm and Saturdays 10.00am to 4.00pm, pending availability of meeting rooms and events. If these times are not suitable please call and we will endeavour to arrange a time that suits. Meeting appointments are essential.

Ceremony Rehearsals

There is a minimum number of 90 guests for the package price January to October and 120 November and December, however, if you have less guests we are more than happy to work out a price for your minimum numbers.

Suppliers

If you are wanting additional decorations such as furniture, flowers etc. prior arrangements must be made with the management. Removal of such items at the end of the evening is essential, as we do not have storage and we may be setting up for another function

Marina Views has some car parking and plenty of off street car parking.

Set up

Marina Views will set up all place cards and place gifts and favours on the tables, according to the guest seating list. We do ask that the list be clearly marked and all glassware gifts must be cleaned and free of labelling. Any additional items to be placed must be arranged with the wedding planner prior to the wedding.

Floor Plans

A floor plan will be given to the couple along with a guest seating list. The room will be set according to this floor plan. Minor changes prior to the day are possible however, major changes may have an additional cost.

We welcome ceremony rehearsals. To ensure this is possible a time must be arranged prior to the date. In the event that a function is booked this time cannot be guaranteed and will need to be rescheduled. We will work with you to ensure a stress free set-up for your wedding.
