Members of the Fire Department will be there to assist residents and make sure only acceptable items are deposited into the containers. No oilcombustible paint, or stain will be accepted. We can only take LATEX paint. Only onePaint must be in the original container with the original label. Containers without labels cannot be accepted. Finally cansdisposed of must be at least one-third full. Empty cans or almost empty cans will not be accepted. The paint collected will be used by Matthew 25 Ministries in their Rainbow Paint Reblending Program, which provides paint to the poor throughout United States and helps with rebuilding projects following natural disasters like earthquakes and hurricanes. ND ANNUAL 5K ‘RUN TO ELIMINATE’ – SEPTEMBER 21The ‘Eliminate Project’ is Kiwanis International’s global campaign to help eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus from the fthe earth. Members of the Mariemont High School Key Club are contributing to this important project by sponsoring a 5K Run

, starting at 9AM. This will be the second year the Key Club has held this run. Last year’s event included enough to save over 6,600 families from tetanus. They were honored a

Key Club that raised the most money for the Eliminate Project in the State of Ohio.

The Mariemont Warrior Run (The Race for Life) is an event featuring a 5K race, and a one-mile walk, sc, 2013, at 5:30 pm. Both courses start and finish at the Bell Tower at Dogwood Park. New
