1. Recruitment

2. Selection

First interview is made by HR department The HR department has an application form that needs to be filled by a candidate Exams include language written test ,IQ test ,and technical test that varies according to the position . Candidates are asked to prepare their documents ,sign the employment contract and carry out the medical tests Selection of employees depends on matching skills with the job specification ,and job description

3. Training

The company gives a large weight and importance to training, Successful training is obvious and its related to successful appraisal which determines training needs Employees share with HR their training needs TNA is continuously done Job performance is compared with standards and training needs are identified

4. Performance Appraisal Performance standards are doable and fair

Employees are given chance in setting goals

Employees are given chance to express opinions

HR goals are closely related to organizational objectives

Employees are kept informed about the strategic directions of the firm

Immediate supervisors participate in appraisal and they supply employees with performance feedback

Managers praises the good performance relative the performance standards

5. Compensation Annual pay is linked to performance The pay system states that pay depends on responsibilities and Skills as well as experience and educational qualifications a part of the pay is subject to judgment by managers and supervisors

6. Promotion

Promotion is based on succession plan that is handled by the HR department Employees are to receive skills development programs to be ready for the next promotions Promotion doesnt depend on experience only and years at work place

7. Diversity

DIiversity issue in the organization is respected through HR policies There are no policies that makes discrimination against women or Christian minorities In the code of conduct manual any sexual harassment is treated as a violation Diversity is respected through equal pays ,career development programs ,fringe benefits.

8. Corporate social responsibility

Code of conduct is avaible to which employees are introduced when employed (orientation) Violation to code of conduct is punished according to the standards. EEO is one dimension of human resources department Fair appraisal based on performance, fair payment as payment depends on skills required and responsibilities done, Also the recruitment isnt biased against genders or religions or race.
