About: I am a photographer and designer who finds inspiration in everyday life. My interest in art began at an early age and my curiosity for history and culture has taken me on adventures that document through my work. I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, a country that is full of life, music, and tradition. In this country was were my interest in the world of art began, immersed in its natural beauty and culture I learned to express my thoughts and feelings through art. This is a hybrid book containing both my photography and design work.

The Fashion PlaygroundDesign 3Fall 2008
Young, up-and-coming fashion designers are hiding away working for other designers, while their own designs and innovative ideas are not being heard or seen in the fashion industry. This is a campaign to bring light to those new fashion designers, targeting well established fashion designers and houses who will be interested in funding this project as well as promote and hire this up-and-coming talent. Overall this campaign’s goal is to open people’s eyes to the youth in the fashion world because after all, they are the future of design.

The Highline ProjectDesign 4Spring 2009
Researched the about-to-be-opened Highline Park as a basis to analyze the building of networks around the creation of new public urban space. Realized the need for publicity for the park because the mayority of New Yorkers did not even know about the park’s construction. Created an advertisement campaign that personalizes the park to New Yorkers, instead of a public place, it can be a second home.

The Problem. The Highline Park is a huge development in New York City for the rebuilding of the Highline train tracks into an innovative park and recreational space for the public. Unfortunately, a lack of publication has kept most of the community unaware of this extraordinary project.
