PERFORMANCE WORKSHOPSThese are musical workshops focusing on Mariachi repertoire, performance style, vocal and instrumental techniques, etc. Performance workshops are geared toward advanced instrumentalists.

LECTURE DEMONSTRATIONSExplore the history of Mariachi music as well as what it means to be a Mariachi musician. Includes instrument demonstra-tions and performances of songs, demonstrat-ing regional differences as well as special techniques unique to Mariachi music. Lecture/ Demonstrations can be tailored to the specific age and education level of the students – from elementary school to university students to adult audiences.

Note: All education and outreach activities are available either in English or Spanish.
