Assessed and conducted a social media audit for Wynonna Judd’s marketing team, offering tactical recommendations for how to build her Facebook fan base, develop a Twitter event strategy to increase followers, and use YouTube to promote her brand. Showed the team how to get free earned media, and made recommendations for how to leverage digital media outlets to promote the launch of her new book, and upcoming concerts. Consulted with her team to help them launch Wynonna’s presence on Google+ and in the blogosphere.

Attained ranking as 2nd top job search chat on Twitter (2010), peaking regularly at 399+ unique users per session, with an overall audience reach of 183,000 within one hour, generating 5.8 million impressions. (Tweet Reach Report Available).

Captured more than 1,000 “likes” on Facebook and 1060+ members in The LinkedIn group while maintaining highly-engaged quality audience committed to the organizational mission in helping job seekers; 2013 members secured jobs in 2010 as direct result of community engagement. Our goal was not to have the largest group on Facebook and LinkedIn, rather to maintain a medium sized group in order to provide individual guidance to as many people possible.

Developed social media community model replicated worldwide with regional programs in Canada, France, and U.K. Kicked off website as central hub for social media community: designed concept, wrote content, and rolled-out new website
