Business Planning and Analysis, Sr. Finance Manager (2011 – Aug 2014) Created and Implemented a new process across Card Services Finance to handle mandated OCC review and

documentation of financial models used within the business, including Consumer Card, Auto & Student Lending, Commercial Card, and Paymentech.

Financial Planning and Analysis, Sr. Finance Manager (2007 – 2011) Highly effective leader of the Portfolio Analysis Team, consisting of 3 SAS analysts. Analyzed financial impacts and provided investment decision recommendations to CEO and CFO by determining

Financial Planning and Analysis, Finance Manager (2004 – 2007) Analyzed financial impact and viability of over 300 multi-million dollar projects annually and made recommendations

for company-wide approval. Built comprehensive Business Case Process for Card Services to ensure proper cost-benefit analysis, tracking, and sign-

off for approved projects. Integrated the new Business Case Process company-wide with the execution and prioritization of projects to ensure

initiatives were appropriately prioritized and funded based on strategic and financial information. Participated in decision-making process for project priority. Served as the liaison to JPMChase corporate office on several corporate-wide teams. Represented Card Services on the JPMChase Corporate merger-integration team regarding the business case and

spending approval processes. Coordinated and presented Financial Post Implementation success or short-comings of results for all executed

projects at quarterly meetings to the Executive Leadership Team.

Expense Management, Finance Manager (2001 – 2004) Created, implemented, and managed analyses, controls, and projects that resulted in over $100MM dollars in expense

savings, cost avoidance, and cash recovery. Analyzed expense data and headcount to determine baseline for the Merger of JP Morgan Chase and Bank One. Participated as a core team member for several contract negotiations and financial analysis related to vendor

selection for enterprise contracts, resulting in over $5MM in annual expense reductions. Reviewed and analyzed major contracts for IS and Marketing and provided financial impact analysis, including

matrices of liability triggers by both parties. Developed expense analysis reporting packages to facilitate approval of expenditures for $1.5B in marketing expenses. Managed the daily operation of the Vendor Forecasting and Analysis group. Participated in the vendor arbitration strategy sessions regarding outsourcing vendor with internal and external legal

council; supplied wording, reviewed, and edited complaint document; provided financial impact analysis of counter offers.
