A medium bodied ale with a gorgeous garnet , ruby red colour . Very low carbonat ion and the introduct ion of ni trogen aid in giving a smooth , creamy mouthfeel and a cascading head once

poured . Biscui t , toast and caramel aromas, with a low bi t terness making the beer very palatable .

Brewers notes: this beer is a show case for malt . . sometimes forgotten in the world of craf t beer , but not at Lady Burra . Our twist on a classic red ale , turned up a notch .

4.9% ABV // 18 IBU’s$10 PINTs // $5 BUTCHERs

A golden-coloured strong ale with a del icate malt backbone & a dry f inish with balanced bi t terness , designed to keep drinkabi l i ty in mind . Juicy hop aromas exhibi t ing ci trus and tropical frui t combined

with a clean American ale yeast that hides the 6 .3% ABV.

Brewers notes: I t 's an extremely sessionable IPA that wil l sneak up on you i f you don't watch i t .
