The Sincere Co. Ltd. - Senior MIS Manager 10. 2007 – 11. 2009Reported to Group Financial Director and supervised the MIS team of ~10 employees. Responsible for the development of the Group’s strategic plan for information systems and operational activities of the MIS department. Key deliverables included: Launched cost saving initiatives by introducing energy saving campaign and implementing new Point of Sales

System that successfully saved HK$400K/year. Set up a new logistic system by using Wifi PDA to capture all stock movement and speed up the whole delivery
