WRITING ACTIVITY

1. Get out a sheet of paper.

2. Go around the room and ask 5 people to

give you 1 noun each (so you should have 5

nouns written down on your piece of paper).

3. Return to your seat when you get your 5

nouns.

WRITING ACTIVITY

You will now have 20 minutes to write either a

fictional short story or non-fiction essay

incorporating all 5 of your nouns. I will collect

your writing when you’re done and will give

out a prize next class to the most

creative/successful one. (You will also get

points for proper grammar and sentence

structure.)

20 MINUTES…WRITE THE WHOLE TIME BECAUSE

IT’S GOOD PRACTICE!!
