Concessions apply to over 60s, under 16s, full time students, those in receipt of benefits, and if incapacity benefit, an accompanying carer. The family ticket rate can be applied ‘per person’ to a group booking of four or more people. The group must contain at least one adult (maximum two adults), with the remaining parties being under 16 years of age.

ACCESS MOBILITY Please book one of our six wheelchair spaces if required or discuss other mobility requirements with box office staff. There is ramped access to the Centre and passenger lifts to all floors.
RELAXED SCREENINGS With a lower sound level, low lights left on in the auditorium and an acceptance of some noise and movement, these screenings are offered for customers on the autism spectrum, adults with babies, or anyone who may prefer this environment.
SUBTITLED SCREENINGS & INDUCTION LOOP Marked films are shown with subtitles for anyone for whom this is useful, including those with hearing impairments. The auditorium also has an induction loop. Please switch hearing aids to the T position.
AUDIO DESCRIPTION Audio description through headsets is available for most films. Please ask at the time of booking to ensure you are seated in the best part of the auditorium.
TOILET FACILITIES There is a disabled toilet on the first floor, and a larger facility in the basement incorporating a rise and fall bed with shower, and a ceiling hoist suitable for your personal hoist attachment.

We regret that we are unable to refund tickets within 28 days of a screening.
Children aged 10 years and under must be accompanied by an adult (aged 16 years or over) in the auditorium.
Please take your seat by the published start time as films commence promptly. We will endeavour to open the auditorium 30 minutes before the screening starts.
