Dear Don:
According, ’to in struct lone just received from Washington
Rutgers may rucowuond twenty five men for the fourth Officers'
Training Camp hut the men recommended must have had at least one
year of military training at Rutgers College. There is, thereto
no my we can get around the ruling and place you our list. I
should be very glad to do something but it Is impossible. I do
not know of the headquarters of the camp in Hew York City. I
hardly think there are any as reconjnendation? are to be made
through the arty cantonments and from the colleges thomoelveo.
I am sorry that I cannot give you more favorable news.
Very truly yours.
