CCE Talent Show T-shirts and DVDs on
sale beginning March 26th! Purchases should be made by April 13th through the Online Store on the www.ccepta.org website.
T-Shirts are $15 each. There are a limited number of t-shirts, so we recommend purchasing early if you would like one. Think Spirit Wear!
Have your kids wear their shirts on Friday, April 6th!
DVDs are $25 each and will be delivered 3-4 weeks after the show.

2018 Talent Show Coordinators
Student Council will be collecting canned and non-perishable foods to benefit the North Texas Food Bank.
The office and each classroom will have a collection box for
students to drop off their items.
The class with the most canned/non-perishable foods will earn a Popcorn Party!

he/she has Medicaid, has no health insurance, has health insurance that does
not cover vaccines, or is an American Indian or Alaskan Native.

Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)/Medicaid for Children St. Barnabas Presbyterian Church 1220 West Belt Line Road Richardson, Texas 75080 Saturday, March 24, 2018 9:00 a.m. – 12 noon Free event to help with the application process for Health Insurance Working families of four people earning about $50,058 or less per year may be eligible to insure all the children in their family for $50 or less for twelve months through the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). Rates are based on the number of people in your family and your family’s income. Benefits include hospitalization, doctor visits, prescriptions, vaccinations, lab tests, eyeglasses, dental coverage and more. Pre-existing conditions are covered. All you need to bring is proof of income (recent paycheck stubs for the last two months, or a letter from your employer, or your latest income tax return, your child(ren)’s social security number(s), and a copy of your child(ren)’s birth certificate(s). Bring receipts for childcare and receipts for child support paid or received if they apply to you. Children must be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents to qualify. Applying won’t affect your immigration status or chances of becoming a permanent resident or citizen. All the information you provide is kept private and secure, as required by law. St. Barnabas Presbyterian Church is located on W. Belt Line Road between 75 Central Expressway and Coit Road. It is adjacent to Richardson High School at the north-east corner of W. Belt Line Road and Mimosa Drive.
