Limited Supply of Tax Forms

IRS appropriations were significantly cut in the 2015 Omnibus Appropriations bill recently passed by Congress, therefore only a limited number of tax forms will be available and no schedules or instruction booklets will be distributed this year. When the Library receives 1040, 1040A & 1040EZ forms they will be on the tax display rack located near the restrooms. The following options are available to assist you in obtaining tax forms and instruction booklets.

• Online at www.irs.gov/forms - to view and download for printing • Online at www.irs.gov/orderforms - to order tax products to be delivered by mail • Call 1-800-829-3676 - to order tax products to be delivered by mail

For local tax assistance you may call 715-369-6170 to make an appointment at the Oneida County Senior Center OR call 715-479-3727 to schedule an appointment at the Kalmar Senior Center. Both locations offer assistance by appointment only. Call AARP Foundation tax-aide at 1-888-227-7669 to locate a tax provider in your area.

What is Zentangle? What is Zentangle? What is Zentangle? What is Zentangle?

A Zentangle is an abstract drawing created using repetitive patterns according to the trademarked Zentangle Method. True Zentangles are always created on 3.5 inch square tiles, and they are always done in black ink on white paper. The invention of the Zentangle was intended to make the act of drawing pleasurable, meditative and accessible to all.

The Zentangle Method is very different from regular drawing, painting and other art forms. It is meant to be a form of artistic meditation that anyone can do. The act of creating the Zentangle is just as important as the final outcome, which is appreciated for its unique beauty. http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Zentangle

Help the Demmer Library Grow!

The Demmer Library is out of space for seating, computers and shelving. The needs of our patrons for accessibility are not being met. Our building is showing its age and needs a patchwork of fixes and maintenance. Please donate and help the Demmer Library grow with the gift that keeps on giving for generations to come. Donations can also be made in honor of a special person or in memory of a loved one.

How can you help?

Support the Demmer Library Building Campaign!

Good News from the Demmer Library Building Campaign:

• We have successfully raised 1/3 of our goal for the Demmer Library Expansion and Renovation thanks to

people like you.

• Attractive book bags designed by students at the Three Lakes Elementary School are available for $10 each

at the Library to help support the building campaign.

• The Three Lakes Public Library Foundation dedicates all funds received directly to the Demmer Library

Building Fund. It is locally administered by volunteers.

The 501c(3)Three Lakes Public Library Foundation is accepting donations including cash, appreciated stocks, bonds,

mutual funds, and IRA distributions.

Pick up a brochure and donation card at the library, or use the form below. Please call Erica Brewster (715-546-3391) or Vicki Reuling (715-546-8032) for more information. Your contribution will help us open a new chapter for the Demmer Library! Thank you for your support!
