Why is a South Route From I-30 Needed? The Economic Development Committee and Civic and Gov Committee have joined together to create a presentation to explain why a South Route is needed from Interstate 30. A few of the points to support the South Route are traffic relief, school and residential growth, safety is-sues for our first responders and we are missing out on jobs. Speakers from this committee will be at civic groups talking about this issue. If you need more informa-tion or would like for us to share this presentation with your group, please call or email the Chamber. We appreciate your attention and involvement. We also ask that you speak with your elected city officials.
