As you know, we are giving our dining room a well-deserved face-lift. We appreciate your patience as it has caused some disorder, but we should have it done soon! In the weeks to come, you will be seeing a fresh coat of paint in our hallways and please check out the laundry room as Dave has been quite busy in there as well. We are excited to be putting a fresh shine on our community, and we welcome your comments and suggestions anytime. Why is everyone so tired on April 1? A. Because they just completed a 31-day March. Q. Can February March? A. No, but April May. Four high school boys, suffering from spring fever, decided to skip their morning classes. After lunch, they went to school and told their teacher they had a flat tire. The teacher smiled and said, “You missed a quiz, so I need you to go to your seats and take out a piece of paper.” The boys complied. “There’s only one question on the quiz,” the teacher said. “Which tire was flat?” What’s New! The Activity committee is excited to announce we will be having new group activities. Starting in March, we will have a scrapbooking group, wood shop and a sewing group. If you have any questions, please see the activity leaders. We hope to see you there! Just a reminder the furry friends visit is the third Wednesday of each month in the lobby.

Shores has put together a teamfor Relay for Life. We will beholding monthly fundraisersthat may be held at HarbourPointe. We are raising money tohelp find a cure for cancer! OnJune 1, there will be a 24 hourwalk-a-thon at Hoquiam HighSchool where we will present allthe money we have raised. If youwant more information, pleasesee the activity committee. Goteam go!
