Charter for the Independent Program Assessment Office

The IPAQ cost analyst, as a member of theSRB, will be responsible for developing an independent cost estimate/analysis for eachdesignated review and facilitating the integration of the cost estimate/analysis into theoverall program/project assessment. PA&E/IPAQmay delegate these functions toqualified organizations if necessary or appropriate.
