Help Decorate for Easter We are now accepting orders for Easter flowers. Each year we get a variety of plants and flowers, including Easter Lilies, that adorn both Trinity and Pointe of Grace beginning Easter Sunday, April 1st this year. Order forms are in the narthex. Return to Trinity or Pointe of Grace by March 25.

Finish clearing around Creation Station; weed/prep main entrance for bark.

2. Thursday, March 29, 9 AM—Noon Continue prep in front of church and lay bark.

Investment Distribution Giving to Trinity With changes in the 2018 tax law, there are more opportunities to contribute to Trinity, including

transfers from an IRA or other investment accounts. Each financial institution has specific procedures

to direct disbursements, usually by sending a check or wiring funds. For instructions, or with questions,

please contact Lynn Landers, our administrator (administrator@trinitylutheranchurch.com). As always, please consult

your financial advisor/planner when making decisions such as these.

Homage Senior Services Present at Trinity Mon., Mar. 19, 7 PM at Trinity

Are you the primary caregiver for an adult relative or friend? Are you raising a grandchild?

Homage Senior Services offers a broad spectrum of services, classes, and peer support groups to help us succeed in these caregiving roles while still taking proper care of ourselves. Outreach specialists from Homage will be speaking at Trinity on Monday evening, March 19 to make us aware of all the ways in which their agency can serve our community. Meet in room 203 at 7 PM. This program is sponsored by Stephen Ministry.

EGGS-plore Lynnwood March 4 through May 9

Trinity was asked to host one of 28 eggs decorated by local artists scattered around Lynnwood in businesses and local nonprofit organizations. This is billed as a fun & unique activity for the community to explore Lynnwood’s great human service providers and local business, as well as a way to showcase the creativity of some of Lynnwood’s local Artists.

You can participate by using the Web App at eggslynnwood.com, or by picking up a paper scavenger hunt sheet from the Recreation Center. Every person who completes the egg hunt by finding all 28 eggs will be entered into a drawing for prizes which include: Fire Chief for a Day; play passes to PlayHappy Café; gift certificates to Big T’s Moonshine BBQ.

Godly Play Sunday School at Pointe of Grace Godly Play is a Montessori-based interactive and imaginative way of presenting scripture stories to children. Join us each Sunday at Pointe of Grace at 11 AM.

Godly play is for children from preschool through elementary grades. The children engage with sacred stories, parables, the actions of worship, and the attentiveness of prayer. They listen, watch, wonder out loud and silently, and respond with their own expressions of meaning through music and the arts.

New Faith Formation Project: “Core Curriculum” We are beginning to plan a “Core Curriculum” that will be offered on an ongoing basis for adults who wish to strengthen a foundation for developing their faith. At this point, we are looking for individuals interested in this project who can bring experience and/or knowledge of curriculum design, teaching, faith formation or development.
