This project has been created for a demanding client, aware of the significance of investing in the best location on the Costa del Sol, with the highest quality materials and design.

LocatIon

Situated at the threshold of the Sierra Blanca community, the plot is evenly distributed, fa-cilitating optimal design and use of the entire area. Vehicle access has been thoughtfully planned to accommodate large, luxury limousines. The garage provides parking places for six vehicles, including plenty of space for easy manoeuvring. The garage entrance has been carefu-lly designed to blend seamlessly into the architectural concept of Villa Silver’s ex-terior. The interior of the garage is en-chantingly suffused with natural aqua-marine light, reflecting the tones of the pool’s Sucabumi tiles via an innovative, aquarium-style window of generous pro-portions. The attention to detail is ca-rried through into the detail finish of the garage interior, with metallic black walls inset with steel housings for the subtle LED lighting delineating each specially concreted parking space.The adjoining basement also benefits from natural light via daylight windows set high into the walls. The area encom-passes two large spaces, conceived as a cinema and fitness / sauna room; and further spaces for a laundry room, stora-ge room and a fully equipped bathroom. All installations required for these envi-saged usages are included in the price; however, in keeping with the philosophy of total personalisation, the areas are left open to the final specification indi-cated by Villa Silver’s eventual owner. A further small storage room is also availa-ble, which would serve ideally as a wine cellar.

Marbella is a passport to outside life, whe-re sport takes place in a natural setting. With this in mind, the swimming pool of Vi-lla Silver has been designed to exceptio-nal proportions of 20 x 6 metres, allowing you to train throughout the year with the ever-present backdrop of the magnifi-cent ocean views, complemented by the natural aquamarine of the Asian Sucabu-mi stone tiles.The pool is a focal point of the entire hou-se, visible from all floors and reflecting its spectacular natural colours into all the li-ving areas of the house.
