• Service definition, common service characteristics and service providing principle, in point of view operator and customer include: short description of service with imagine form of service (message, voice transmission and etc.), principle of location service in telecom networks and rules of customer’s access to the service, principle of service control procedure: activation, configure, unsubscribing, statistic and tariffication data

• Network requirements for providing service, include requirements to: numbering, identification, subscriber’s profile control, type of codec, parameters of QoS, security, and interworking with exist operators systems (accouting, law full intercept and etc.)

• Architecture requirements and requirements to functional elements, which are used for service realizing

• Equipment’s functional requirements

• Service scenario requirements

• Signaling protocols requirements for realizing service (call flow)

The scope of NGN service requirements template (ITU-T Rec.NGN_service)
