Maple  Pecan  Milk  

I can’t even tell you a better reason to make this milk other than it will make you so happy.

Ingredients  1 cup pecans, soaked for 2 hours

Huckleberry  (Or  Any  Berry)  Walnut  Milk    

The high-antioxidant content in berries aids the detoxification process.

Ingredients  1 cup walnuts, soaked for 2 hours

4 cups purified water

½ cup huckleberries, fresh or frozen

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon vanilla extract or

1 teaspoon vanilla powder

 

Directions  Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender for at least one minute until nuts are thoroughly broken down. Place a nut-milk bag in a large bowl or pitcher with a wide mouth and pour in the blended nut mixture. Strain the milk by firmly squeezing bag until all liquid is extracted. Chocolate  Brazil-­‐Nut  Milk

Ingredients  1 cup raw Brazil nuts (do not soak)

4 cups purified water

¼ cup maple syrup

¼ cup raw cacao powder

½ teaspoon vanilla powder

½ teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 pinch sea salt

1 tablespoon green tea powder

¼ cup raw honey

Vanilla  Mint  (Brazil)  Milk  

Oh, this is a nice one: vanilla, peppermint, and honey.

Ingredients  1 cup Brazil nuts

4 cups purified water

2 tablespoons raw honey, maple syrup or agave nectar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

5 drops peppermint oil

Pinch of sea salt

Walnut  Chai  Milk  

You can use any nut you like for this spicy milk. Pumpkin seeds also work well.

Ingredients  1 cup walnuts, soaked 2–4 hours

4 cups purified water

2 tablespoons raw honey

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 tablespoon chai masala spice

Pinch of sea salt

Directions  Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender for at least one minute until nuts are thoroughly broken down.
