Important drop-off/pick-up information: Beginning Monday, there will be a few changes regarding the staff parking lot (the lot between the bus lot and the horseshoe area) that we wanted to make you aware of. This school year, with our increase in students and staff, we are having increased safety concerns with this lot during drop-off and pick-up times. Primarily, we have buses that unload in that area that cannot safely navigate the lot because of cars parked illegally that are dropping off their children, and children who are walking/running from cars to the sidewalk. This lot is reserved during drop-off and pick-up for families who have a child with physical needs that would make drop-off in the regular car rider line difficult. Unless your family has been issued a yellow car rider tag, you should ONLY be using the regular car rider line. We will be enforcing these new guide-lines beginning Monday, and we appreciate your willingness to keep our kids safe by following the guidelines. It would also help us tremendously with parking challenges if parents who are parking and walking their child in (or picking their child up) are only doing so when absolutely necessary. Even though the car rider line looks long, it only takes ten minutes for the entire line to clear out. As always, the easiest way to ensure your child is here safely and on time is to utilize the school bus. Thank you!
