We are happy to offer a ‘Meet and Greet’ fast track service for guests arriving at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport. We meet you at the point of disembarkation and escort you through Immigration using the exclusive Fast Track lane. We then assist you in locating all checked luggage. After you pass through Customs we escort you to your pre-booked limousine. The ‘Meet and Greet’ fast track service fee is Baht 2,708 net per person.

Limousine Service

The Okura Prestige Bangkok is pleased to offer private chauffeured limousine transfers to and from both airports serving Bangkok.

Our competitive rates are:

• Mercedes-Benz S350 d Exclusive: Baht 3,200/car/trip inclusive of service charge and tax (three passengers maximum, plus luggage)• Mercedes-Benz V-Class: Baht 3,800/car/trip inclusive of service charge and tax (five passengers maximum, plus luggage)

By Taxi

Guests may take a metered taxi from either airport to The Okura Prestige Bangkok. Fares begin with a flat rate of Baht 35 (at time of print) on the meter and there is Baht 50 airport surcharge. The fare from either airport to the hotel should be in the region of Baht 350-400, depending on traffic conditions. Toll fees (Baht 65 from Don Muang; Baht 70 from Suvarnabhumi) are not included in the taxi fare. Please be aware that many Bangkok taxis run on natural gas and the gas tank is located in the trunk. This reduces substantially the amount of space available for luggage and taxi drivers often have no option but to place large suitcases on the front passenger seat.

By Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link

This rail link from Suvarnabhumi international airport to Bangkok city centre operates daily 06:00 to midnight. The trains depart every 15 minutes with a scheduled journey time of 30 minutes. This transfer option is recommended only for travellers with carry-on and lightweight luggage. It is not recommended for guests arriving in Bangkok with large, heavy suitcases.

• From the airport, take the train from Suvarnabhumi station to Phaya Thai station• Connect to BTS SkyTrain from Phaya Thai station to Phloen Chit station. The hotel enjoys direct access via a covered walkway to this station

This BTS SkyTrain mass transit system operates daily from 06:00 to midnight. The hotel has direct access via a covered walkway to Bangkok’s BTS overhead rail network at Phloen Chit station. Please note that this access is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00

To reach The Okura Prestige Bangkok take the Sukhumvit line. Alight at Phloen Chit station and follow signs for Exit 2. This takes you to the Park Ventures Ecoplex. Our Concierge team, located in the foyer by the hotel’s front entrance on Wireless Road, will be pleased to escort you to the 24th floor for check-in.

By Car - from Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) (distance 30 km)

• Exit the airport onto the Motorway in the direction of Bangkok heading to Rama 9 Road• Continue onto the expressway towards Din Daeng-Dao Khanong and then exit at Sukhumvit-South Phloen Chit (Exit 5)• Make a left U-turn (crossing railway tracks) onto paralleled surface road• Turn left onto Phloen Chit road• Turn left onto Wireless (Witthayu) road• The main vehicular entrance to the hotel is about 50 metres on the left hand side• The Okura Prestige Bangkok is located within the Park Ventures Ecoplex at the corner of Wireless Road and Phloen Chit Road

By Car - from Don Muang Airport (DMK) (distance 25 km)
