Manuscript Submission Guidelines
Terra Nova Books is currently accepting previously unpublished nonfiction andfiction manuscripts (including YA). However, we are not seeking children’sbooks, novellas, or short stories at this time.
Please submit the entire manuscript in elec-tronic form along with a cover letter outlin-ing the intended audience for your work, themarketing you believe will reach this audi-ence most successfully, and your ownplanned role in these efforts. Include a shortresume of your own publishing, personal,and professional history.
A literary agent is not required for submission to Terra Nova. It is not necessaryfor you to register or copyright your work. Upon publication, we will copyrightthe book in your name and register that copyright with the Library of Congress.
Allow two to three weeks for our editors to review your manuscript. Email submis-sions, and any queries for further information, to: [email protected].
