QUALITY CONTROL

Robb & Carter’s customers have come to rely on the superior quality of products that has been supplied to

them. It has ensured good longstanding business relationships, some of which have their roots dating back

to the 1950’s.

The company has always had an effective informal quality management system of which the focus was on

quality and full traceability. In 2018, a documented Quality management system was approved by

management that is based on ISO 9001: 2015. Although the company is not ISO registered, the ethos of

the standard is strictly applied to all our manufacturing processes.

We have a fully functional inspection room under supervision of our QC Officer, Dustin Rudman.

17 CNC Lathes ( 4 x 300mm chucks, 7 x 250mm chucks, 6 x 200mm chucks): Maximum swing 660mm
