Training… or at least Information

Results of visual inspection must be explained/commented with the farmerduring the procedure itself.

Results of different measurements (nozzle flow rate, pressure gauge,horizontal distribution,…) must be explained (time consuming estimated 5‐10 min) immediately after the measurement process.

Those actions will increase the success on the comprehension of inspectionbulletin and will promote the modification/changes necessaries on thesprayer

General structure of the Manual of Inspections


Estabilidadysimetríadelabarra.

La barra debe permanecer estable en todas las direcciones, es decir, no hay juntas con holguras ni se pliegan las distintas secciones de la barra. Las secciones derecha e izquierda de la barra deben tener la misma longitud.

Método de verificación: inspección.

Correspondencia con la normativa: UNE-EN 13790-1, apartado 4.8.1.

Actuación del inspector

El inspector procederá a intentar mover la barra en todas las direcciones para comprobar su estabilidad. También procederá a comprobar que las juntas de la barra no presentan más holgura que la necesaria para su plegado y desplegado. Se situará en un extremo de la barra cuando ésta se encuentre desplegada y observará que no está torcida, que toda la barra está contenida en un mismo plano vertical perpendicular al sentido de avance del pulverizador. Finalmente, medirá la longitud del centro de la barra a cada uno de los extremos para comprobar que son iguales.

ESTADO CLASIFICACIÓN EFECTO La barra es estable y no está torcida. Las juntas no presentan holguras excesivas y ambos lados de la barra presentan la misma longitud.

La barra presenta ciertos movimientos pero mantiene generalmente la estabilidad Defecto leve
