    Important Notice:

    1. Exhibitors should follow the above move-in schedule. Should exhibitors who wish to work beyond the official

    hours as shown above, they should notify Official Contractor before 3:00 pm on the day. Overtime work will

    charge RMB $3600/ 1000sqm/ hour for each booth.

    2. For the sake of safety, only the authorized person is allowed to go into the Venue during move in & move

    out period. During move-in and move-out period, all the exhibitors could only enter through North, South

    and West entrance.

    3. Raw space booth construction materials can only move out through the West entrance. Moving out through

    the front entrance is forbidden. Exhibitors can contact the Organiser Office on-site for further details on the

    exact location.

    4. We strongly recommend that all exhibitors arrive at their booths 30 minutes before the fair opens for security

    reasons.

    5. Exhibitors moving out before 4 pm on 8 March 2020 are not allowed. Exhibitors should consider and plan

    their trip arrangement as per the time frame scheduled by the Organisers, in order to maintain the favorable

    business environment at all time during the show period. Organisers will not take any responsibility due to

    the violation of this regulation.

    6. Any goods need to move-out during the show period and Move-in period, a "Release Slip" issued by the

    Organisers is required. Please apply in the Organiser Office.

    7. In order to ensure all the logistics runs smooth during the move-in and move-out period, the Organisers

    have appointed the Official freight forwarder to arrange all the exhibit's logistics matter. Please contact

    directly with our Official freight forwarder for more detail. (See page 41).

    8. The Venue and the Organisers will not collect and take any responsibility for the exhibits sent by the

    exhibitors. Please do not send any exhibits or goods directly to the Venue or the Organisers.

    Important Exhibition Rules & Regulations

    Aiming at keeping exhibition (the “Exhibition”) in order and ensuring the Exhibition in compliance with laws and regulations of People’s Republic of China (the “PR China”) in all aspects, the Organisers of the exhibition (“Organisers”) hereby formulates and issues these Exhibition Rules & Regulations (the "Regulations"). Each exhibitor (“Exhibitor”) shall strictly abide by the stipulations under these Regulations. In case that any Exhibitor violates any stipulations hereunder, the Organisers has the right to require such Exhibitor to correct its violation or even revoke its exhibiting qualification.

    1. Governing Law

    Exhibitors are required to observe and comply with all the laws of P.R. China.

    2. Admission to the Exhibition

    a) Exhibitor

    For security reasons, Exhibitors must put on the exhibitor badges during the move-in, exhibition and

    move-out period. Please submit Form 05 to Organisers for exhibitor badges application before

    submission deadline.

    b) Visitor

    The exhibition is open to trade visitors only and admission is free. Trade visitors may register their

    admission before the show through the official website or at the exhibition hall. Please remind your

    buyers not to bring children or anybody under 18 years old. (Visitor age under 18 will not be allowed

    to enter the exhibition halls)

    c) Non - Official Contractor

    Non-official contractors and their workmen must present contractor badges issued by Organisers in

    order to enter the exhibition halls during the move-in and move-out periods for the purpose of booth

    construction and dismantling.

    The badge is for personal use only and is non-transferable. The badge holder must follow the Organisers’

    security inspection procedures wherever necessary. And Organisers reserve the right to confiscate the

    badge or refuse admission at any time.

    3. Visa Application

    a) All foreign visitors to P.R. China MUST apply for a visa and comply with the health requirement on

    entering into China. Please ensure that all your colleagues have already obtained the relevant visa

    prior to departure.

    b) The Organisers will provide assistance, but is not responsible for obtaining visa for Exhibitors.

    c) Unsuccessful visa applications will not constitute a basis for cancellation of Exhibitor contract.

    d) Please refer to Form 1 for details regarding visa application.

    4. Security & Insurance

    a) The Organisers are responsible for the general security of the entire venue but will not undertake

    any financial or legal responsibility for any type of risk concerning or affecting the Exhibitors, their

    personal belongings and exhibits. Furthermore, the Organisers will not undertake any financial and

    legal responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by any third party by theft, fire, public (including

    occupier’s liability) and other natural causes. Exhibitors are therefore responsible for effecting all

    necessary insurance which should include (but is not limited to) their displays, exhibits, stand fittings

    and fixtures, and other third parties against loss or damage by theft, fire, public (including occupier's

    liability) and other natural causes.

    b) Each Exhibitor is responsible for any damage done to the Organisers, other Exhibitors, stands, the

    venue’s property or to the property of third parties.

    5. Promotional materials censorship a) All promotional materials (including presentation materials and samples), such as printed matters, films,

    video-cassettes or slides to be shown to the trade visitors during the exhibition, must be pre-censored by the Chinese authorities. Exhibitors may appoint the official freight forwarders to arrange on their behalf.

    b) All video products used for exhibition purpose must be provided to censorship authorities 45 days before show opening / display of material. The material will only be allowed for temporary import after receiving the censorship authority approval and permit. All video products (CD / DVD / USB, etc.) CANNOT be distributed to visitors during the show. Video products are only allowed to be displayed during the exhibition and have to be returned to the origin after the show.

    6. Customs Clearance Exhibition hall is regarded as bonded area. All goods inside the exhibition halls are tax exempted for

    temporary import during the exhibition. No goods are allowed to be taken out of the halls without prior

    approval of the Customs. Exhibitors are requested to:

    a) Inform the Official Forwarder customs clearance of exhibits by completing and returning the “List of

    Exhibits” supplied by the Official Forwarder. Please ask the Official Forwarder for information. The

    Organisers will not be responsible for any delays or inconveniences caused by Customs of your goods.

    b) For hand-carried goods, whether you are bringing in by yourself from overseas or other regions of P.R.

    China, you must register with the security department at the entrance of the fairground for the purpose

    of customs clearance / declaration before they can be moved in or out of the fairground.

    c) Please ensure you always keep all receipts issued by the Customs, which you might need for collection

    of the exhibits through the Official Forwarder.

    d) All the shipments will be Customs cleared on temporary basis only for showing in the exhibition and

    exhibitors are not allowed to on-spot sell or give away exhibits subject to Chinese Customs

    Regulations. Exhibits should be sold under signing a general contract with the buyer. Before collecting

    the exhibits, the buyer should finalise Customs formalities and pay the duty / tax as well. If necessary,

    the Official Forwarder may give assistance to the buyer for processing the Customs formalities, or

    provide information to exhibitors.

    7. Delivery of Exhibits

    a) The Organisers will NOT accept or sign for any goods, exhibits or other materials on behalf of any

    Exhibitors. Exhibitors should make sure that a representative from their company will be at the stand

    to receive the goods.

    b) Heavy exhibits and materials that require mechanical handling aid must be transported through

    access at the freight and cargo entrances. Exhibitors are required to appoint the official freight

    forwarders for deliver to their stands. Only light hand-carried exhibits and materials would be allowed

    access at the front entrance.

    c) There is no storage space for empty crates / boxes or packing material in the exhibition halls. Any

    goods or packing material left at the corridor may be disposed without prior notice and extra removal

    charges will be incurred. Exhibitors who need temporary storage service, please contact the official

    freight forwarders for assistance.

    d) No exhibit is allowed to be taken into the booth once the show has been officially opened and no

    exhibit can be removed from the booth before the end of the show, except with the special permission

    from the Organisers. Exhibitors must present the move-out permit to security guards at exit upon

    every departure.

    e) For forwarding issue during move-in and move-out period, please contact our Official Forwarder. For

    safety reason, please hire legal forwarder and following the move-in routing provided by Organisers.

    8. Move-out of Exhibits

    a) Removal of exhibits may commence only after show end.

    b) The Organisers are not liable for any loss or damage to the exhibits or booth material left behind at the fairground. All such materials will be deemed as something abandoned and will be disposed of at the expense of the exhibitor concerned.

    c) No mechanical lifting or handling equipment will be permitted to enter the exhibition halls for the removal of exhibits except those used by Official Forwarder.

    9. Electricity Supply a) For safety reasons, all electrical installation work connecting to the main electric network at the

    exhibition venue must be carried out solely by the Official Contractor. Only authorized person can access to the pipeline system inside the utility holes on the floor of the exhibition hall and everyone else is forbidden to open the slots without authorization. Once break the rule, all construction work will be requested to stop and certain penalty will be applied.

    b) Main switch and distribution board are required to install at a designated location within the booth at Official Contractor’s discretion.

    c) Exhibitors may order lighting and electrical items according to the Order Form supplied by the Official Contractor. Prices include wiring connection from the main power supply to your booth, power consumption, standby technician, safety inspection, fixtures and fittings.

    d) Each power outlet is allowed to be connected to ONE electrical appliance at any time. Connection for lighting purpose from power outlet is NOT permitted. The requirements of all electrical appliances are subject to the discretion of the venue management.

    e) Exhibitors requiring special arrangements (such as different voltages and frequency or connections to equipment) must arrange their own transformers, converters, etc. from themselves or from the Official Contractor.

    f) The safe loading capacity shall be taken into consideration when exhibitors apply for electric wattage. The electric facilities must not be overloaded and the safe operation must be ensured.

    g) Before lighting and electricity supplied for individual booth, exhibitors who may need proceeding electricity supply for testing should contact the Official Contractor for prior arrangement. The provision of this service may depend on its availability and be subject to any extra costs.

    h) Multi-function sockets are not allowed.

    i) Electricity supply will be cut off when the show close each day. Please turn off any power supplies, dispose any containers and samples before leaving the exhibition halls. If 24-hours electricity supply at the booth is required, please contact and submit order from the Official Contractor.

    j) Electricity supply to booth will be cut off if Exhibitors or appointed contractors who found to violate the rules, any expenses caused to the venue will be at the expenses of the Exhibitors.

    10. Fire & Safety Regulations

    a) Smoking is prohibited in the exhibition hall.

    b) No fire or cold firework is allowed in the exhibition hall.

    c) Any flammable and explosive materials being brought into the exhibition hall should be applied to and approved by the Fire Protection Department beforehand.

    d) All materials for booth construction or decoration in exhibition hall should meet the non-flammability standard of grade B1 or above according to the regulation of the Fire Protection Department.

    e) Gas line should adopt fire-retardant cables and insulated and sheathed wire. During linking wire, porcelain and plastic insulated connector should be used rather than the insulating tape directly dressed. Besides, please take insulation protection measures.

    f) Do not damage or obstruct any fire-fighting facilities in the venue.

    g) Permitted safety tools such as safety belts, scaffolding and genie lift must be used by all contractors who work at high levels, i.e. 2m (H) from ground. Safety helmets must be properly worn by operating personnel at all times. For the protection of personal safety, a safety area should be set up around the area, and attended by professionals. Clear safety signs should be in place at the safety area. All accidents caused by failure to take safety measures are at their own risk and the Organisers will not be held liable.

    h) The Organisers may, upon instruction from the related authority, issue other guidelines whenever necessary.

    11. Lighting a) The crystal lights should have protecting asbestos pad; light boxes should have heat dissipation

    arrangement. The rectifier and trigger of lamps and lanterns should use conformity product. b) There should be protecting cover for the lightings of power above 100W. Lighting equipment with power

    output more than 500W is not allowed. Venue and Organisers reserve the right to request for rectification and eventually terminate any activities if the rectification is satisfied.

    c) Flashing light and neon lights decoration are forbidden.

    12. Obstructions and Safety Hazards Exhibit structure and display shall not be jutted out of the booth or which encroached the aisle ways or other facilities or which the Organisers consider unsafe or a danger or a hazard to safety. If the exhibitors fail to do so, the Organisers will reserve the right to remove the aforementioned. Any cost and expenses incurred thereby shall be borne by the exhibitors.

    13. Hanging Points of the ceiling a) No hanging object is allowed in the fairground without permission. b) Hanging point or structural hanging points must be ordered from Official Contractor in advance and

    exhibitors are responsible for the hanging point fee. Drawings and specification has to be provided to the Official Contractor and Organiser for special approval on case by case basis:

    Fairground has the final judge on the application.

    14. Pressure Tanks a) Exhibitors shall be responsible for the proper transportation and storage of all pressure tanks such as

    those containing helium, compressed air, argon, carbon dioxide etc. b) Exhibitors shall immediately remove improperly located pressure tanks to the appointed location once

    informed by the Organisers. c) All pressure vessels and equipment brought into the venue must conform to all relevant safety

    standards and regulations. The safe pressure of the materials and tubes for pneumatic equipment shall

    be ≥15kg/cm2, and the pipe joint must be fixed by hoop instead of iron wires or any other materials.

    15. Air Compressor According to the fire and safety regulations of the fairground, the use of compressors is not permitted in the

    fairground. Should exhibitors require compressed air for operating their exhibits, please contact the Official

    Contractor.

    16. Booth decoration a) All decorative items must be placed inside the booth. b) All audio visual devices should be set to mute. c) Any TV screen / computer monitor facing the public aisle that could potentially cause crowding in the

    public areas is required to set back 1 m inside their booth. d) The booth including entrance frontage and surrounding areas should be kept in a clean and

    presentable condition. e) The site operation time schedule must be strictly adhere to, setting of decoration must be carried out

    within the show opening hour unless prior approval has been given by Organisers. f) Helium balloons are not allowed inside the venue.

    17. Dangerous material The following articles are forbidden to be exhibited in or brought into the venue without the written approval from the Organisers: arms, guns, swords, ammunition, explosives, inflammable materials, radioactive substances and any other dangerous goods, goods prohibited for import, goods infringing upon intellectual property rights, goods that may affect the normal operation of the Organisers, and any item prohibited by the relevant government departments.

    18. Photographing, Video Taping, Public Performance and Sound Recording a) Any films, video cassettes or slides to be shown to the public during the show must obtain prior approval

    by the Chinese authorities or arranged by the Organisers on their behalves. b) All audio-visual demonstration indoor, outdoor exhibition area or of other functional area must be limited

    to 65 Decibel as maximum, not to cause annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors. The Organisers reserve the right to terminate any audio-visual presentation at their own discretion.

    c) Exhibitors are required to apply to the appropriate authorities for exercising the rights in respect to the broadcasting and public performance of all sound recording owned or controlled by them.

    d) No exhibitor is allowed to film, make sound or video recording, telecasting and broadcasting at the fairground unless prior written approval is obtained from the Organisers.

    19. Distribution of Materials Promotion materials should be distributed within the rented booth area. Exhibitors’ promotional activities are strictly prohibited in gangway and public areas in the venue.

    Important Exhibition Rules & Regulations

    20. Accident Report In the case of any accident occurs in its exhibition booth or caused by it, the exhibitor shall notify the Organisers immediately and take all actions to help the sufferer, reduce the loss and maintain the order. Afterwards, it shall submit a written report to the Organisers within 12 hours to provide the account of the accident, clarify the reason and give the settlement plan.

    21. Political Issue All exhibitors, should note that no political related wordings such as “R.O.C.”, “Republic of China”, “中華民

    國”, “Formosa”, “福爾摩薩”, “福摩薩”, “福爾摩莎” and ”釣魚台” should appear in all the advertising or promotional materials as well as name cards or decorative items at the booth. This issue is very sensitive in the P.R. China. Police checks onsite and any materials containing these wordings are not allowed for distribution and will be confiscated.

    22. Demonstration, performance and operation of exhibits When demonstrating or operating equipment at their stands, exhibitors should:

    a) Provide the Organisers before the show with full details in writing, of any operating machinery involved. b) Exhibitors shall demonstrate their laser and lighting equipment within their own booth area. The laser

    and lighting effect casted into other exhibitor’s booth and public areas are forbidden. The verbal warning will be implied if the demo affects other exhibitors.

    c) Ensure that the exhibits are operated under strict control and comply with proper safety regulations. d) Ensure that the exhibits are equipped with sufficient safety devices that can only be removed when the

    machines are not in operation and not connected to the power source. e) Guard all moving parts of the machines adequately against possible injury to any person. f) Cause no annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors. Any complaints raised that the Organisers find

    justifiable, the Organisers may reserve the right to impose limitation on the operation of the exhibits. g) Not use any industrial gas of inflammable or toxic nature for demonstration purpose. h) Be responsible for the removal and disposal of waste material generated by working demonstration of

    exhibits. i) All exhibitors or promotional materials can only be displayed in their own booth.

    23. Noise Level Exhibitors are prohibited from causing annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors. The Noise from indoor, outdoor exhibition area or other functional area within the venue shall be limited to 65 Decibel as maximum. Any complaints raised that the Organisers find justifiable, the Organisers may reserve the right to impose limitation on operating the exhibits or presentation.

    24. Force Majeure The exhibition may be shortened, extended or postponed due to any cause whatsoever outside the control of the Organisers. The Organisers shall not be responsible for any loss sustained by the exhibitors, directly or indirectly, attributed to the elements of nature, force majeure or orders and directives imposed by any government authority. In the event of such circumstances, the money paid by the exhibitors, or any part thereof, is refundable at the sole discretion of the Organisers.

    25. Unforeseen Circumstances In the event of any problems or disputes on-site, the decision of the Organisers, being leaseholder of the premises, will be final. The Organisers also reserve the right to amend any earlier decision made in order to meet and satisfy any unforeseen or prevailing circumstance for the benefit of the Exhibition and concerned parties.

    26. Booth Cleaning a) The Organisers will arrange for the general cleaning of the exhibition halls prior to the opening of the

    exhibition and daily thereafter. However it is the responsibility of exhibitors to maintain their booth in tidy condition at all times. Exhibitors need to clean up all the waste products in the booth, including but not limited to the exhibition samples, wastes left after the product demonstration, packaging materials, etc.

    b) Toxic wastes must be sealed in suitable containers with clear markings, and must be handled according to the relevant government rules governing waste disposal.

    a) The PA system is used by the Organisers for official announcements only. Neither paging service nor exhibitors’ announcements can be made.

    b) Outside food or beverages are not allowed in the venue. Exhibitors & visitors may have food and beverages at the cafeteria inside the exhibition halls or at the venue’s restaurants.

    c) Each exhibitor is responsible for any damage done to the Organisers, other exhibitors, stands, show’s property and third parties’ property.

    d) If exhibitors fail to follow the rule and regulations, the Organisers shall have the right to impose penalty on the exhibitor and / or relative in their sole absolute discretion. Exhibitors should bear the consequence and responsibility may cause.

    Admission Badges collection and usage

    1. Exhibitor Badges Please submit the Exhibitor Badge (Pre-registration) (Form 5) to Messe

    Frankfurt (HK) Ltd before 6 February 2020 to order your badges.

    Exhibitor badges will be provided to Exhibitors at the exhibitor registration

    counter at North Registration Hall (near Hall 15/16) during move-in period by

    business card and booth confirmation letter.

    A maximum of 3 badges will be issued to each 9 sqm booth are, and a

    maximum of 8 badges to booths with area up to 18 sqm or larger.

    2. Visitor Admission For Trade visitors: 6 - 7 March 2020, 9am – 5pm

    8 March 2020, 9am – 4pm

    General Information about China

    This general information might be useful to you and may make your stay in Shenzhen more pleasant.

    Weather

    In March: mostly sunny and humid, around 16ºC to 22ºC during daytime, chances of rain.

    Money Exchange

    It is possible to change money in the hotels at the daily exchange rate.

    Cash withdrawal by credit card is possible at the most of the banks in Guangzhou.

    The voltage in China is 220 Volt / 50 Hertz.

    Communication

    Interpreter and business cards

    An interpreter is strongly recommended for easy communication with local Buyers and Visitors.

    Exhibitors may hire Interpreter or Chinese Booth Helper through the Organiser. The order form is on

    p.52. Furthermore, business cards with Chinese translation are very important means of

    communication and it is very common for business associates to exchange business cards. Cards are

    always offered and received with both hands after the initial greeting.

    Communication habits

    Address Chinese officials as Mister, Miss or Madam – Very few Chinese women use their husband’s

    surname and therefore better avoid addressing them as Mrs. The Chinese surname comes first and

    the given names last, e.g. Mr. Wang Zhong ming should be addressed as Mr. Wang.

    Driving to venue

    If your vehicle registration plate is not start with“粤 B”, it will regard as vehicles outside Shenzhen and

    need to apply a vehicle pass.

    The restriction time of vehicle outside Shenzhen: working day 7:00-9:00; 17:30-19:30

    *If vehicle using S3 Highway and take exit at Fengtang Avenue, and not going to Shenzhen city center, no additional vehicle pass needed.

    *Hong Kong-China car plate do not need to apply additional vehicle pass

    The Organiser will have a one-time application for exhibitors who need the above vehicle pass, please prepare the car plate number, ID card of car owner and vehicle license copy, send to [email protected] before 15-Feb.

    After 15-Feb, exhibitors will need to apply online by themselves, via Shenzhen Police Wechat account.

    From Hong Kong

    By cross-boundary bus (from Hong Kong)

    Take the cross-border bus to Shenzhen Bay Port. The Organisers will provide a shuttle bus (to be confirmed) or you can take taxi directly to the exhibition hall. The journey takes about 45-50 minutes (the fare is about RMB 100).

    Hong Kong MTR and Shuttle (from Hong Kong downtown)

    Take MTR to Lok Ma Chau Station by East Rail Line, through Futian Port of Entry for immigration and customs inspections. You can take a taxi to the exhibition venue. It takes about 60 minutes from the Futian Port of Entry to the exhibition venue.

    By ferry (from Hong Kong Airport)

    Regular ferries are available from Hong Kong International Airport to Shenzhen Airport Fu Yong Ferry Terminal. The one-way fare is 235 HKD and the time is about 45 minutes. Please visit TurboJET website for the latest schedule.

    your nearest embassy or consulate of the People’s Republic of China. Alternatively, you may apply the Chinese

    Visa through travel/visa agent. Please check with your local China Visa issuing office and allow enough time to

    process application in your country.

    The organisers are not to be held responsible for the outcome of your visa application.

    Attention: i) Please be reminded that all applicants’ passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond the

    intended date to enter China.

    ii) The embassy or consulate may charge you with additional fees for their paperwork.

    iii) Please make enough copies for each applicant and return the typewritten form to us before the deadline.

    iv) The responsibility for obtaining a visa is neither from the Organisers nor the official travel agent.

    2020. Please transmit the required fee to the Official Contractor bank account directly. The orders will be

    cancelled automatically if the payment do not settled by 19 February 2020.

    Remarks:

    1. Exhibitors can rent additional furniture offered by the Official Contractor. Exhibitors are not allowed to

    rent any furniture provided by non-official contractor. The Official Contractor will not take any

    responsibility for those additional furniture provided by non-Official Contractor.

    2. Furniture included in the standard booth package is not exchangeable or refundable.

    3. Electricity will be cut off at the show close. If 24 hours electricity supply at the booth is required, please

    contact and order from the Official Contractor before 20 January 2020.

    All items are on rental basis only.

    20% surcharge will be charged for any late orders received on or after 20 January 2020.

    30% surcharge will be charged for any late orders received on the fairground.

    Payment shall be settled within 7 working days after the submission of the order. The orders will be

    cancelled automatically if the payment do not settled by 19 February 2020 while there is no formal

    approval of late payment from the Official Contractor.

    Important Notes for Standard Booth Exhibitors

    1. Please refer to Page 24 for the basic equipment of the Standard Booths. All booths will be designed and

    built by the Official Contractor.

    2. All Standard Booths are on rental basis and not permitted to be removed from the Venue.

    3. No items exchange or refund of the standard equipment for the Standard Booths. It is not allowed to take

    furniture(s) from other Exhibitors / Booths.

    4. Exhibitors are not allowed to make any alterations to the structure of the booths or remove any integral

    parts from the booths. Exhibitors wishing to remove or change the location of any standard equipment

    (e.g. spotlights) within the booth should indicate clearly on the online ordering system

    (https://ordering.milton-exhibits.cn/ClLogin.aspx?ExID=MGC00301&lan=en-us) to Official Contractor on

    or before 20 January 2020. Late charges will apply for request of booth equipment alteration received

    after the deadline and subject to technical feasibility.

    5. The partition as well as the fascia should maintain predominantly the background color. NO decoration or

    company logo is allowed on the fascia except executed by Official Contractor.

    6. No free standing booth-fitting or display may exceed a height of 2.5 m or extend beyond the boundaries

    of the site allocated. These includes company names, advertising materials and logos provided by the

    exhibitor.

    7. Each one-meter-long shelf should not hold more than 2 kg (average distribution weight). If the exhibit

    weighs more than 2 kg, please contact the contractor to make corresponding adjustments and additional

    fees may be charged. If the shelve is damaged due to overweight or any accident is caused, the exhibitor

    will bear the responsibility and compensation.

    8. The maximum power output for 13A / 220V electrical socket is 500W. Sockets are used only for display

    and not for lighting use. No multi-plugs are permitted.

    9. Wooden structure booth must use the fire retardant plywood, flame retardant woods (relevant fire retardant

    treatment report, corresponding invoice and the corresponding copy should be submitted to the venue

    when required.) Otherwise, for all the wood materials, must be coated with fire spray treatment by 0.5

    kilograms per square. Any wooden structure used in booth, including counter, walls or decoration, should

    pay RMB 3000 as deposit for move-out clearing.

    10. Exhibitors shall use the booth facilities appropriately and maintain the booth in good condition to maintain

    a fair exhibition environment. In case that the Exhibitor finds there is any defect in or damage to the booth,

    it shall notify the Official Contractor immediately for repairing.

    11. Exhibitors are liable to any personal injury or property damage and cost for repairing due to its lack of care,

    inappropriate usage, negligence, or intentional action during the use of booth facilities.

    12. No tape, nailing, screwing, drilling or fixture of any kind is allowed to be affixed to the partitions, floor,

    ceiling or fascia. No adhesive pictures or leaflets shall be stuck to any part of the walls of architectures.

    Residue-resistant single- or double-sided, preferably cloth backed tape is allowed to be used. Exhibitors

    are liable in FULL price to any damage caused to their booth fixtures, fittings at the fair.

    13. For Standard Booth located at the corner of the block will be constructed in two side(s) open with wall

    panels replaced by company fascia. Exhibitor should notify the Official Contractor in writing on or before

    20 January 2020 if the exhibitor has any objection for opening on the additional side(s).

    14. An exhibitor occupying a booth at the corner has the choice to open it on the additional side(s) with a fascia including name and booth number. Unless informed otherwise by the exhibitor in writing before 20 January 2020, the Organisers will assume that exhibitors occupying corner booths would like to open the additional side(s) by removing the partitioning panels in between. Application after the deadline will be subjected to surcharge according to the price set by the Venue.

    15. For Standard Booth located at the corner of the block will be constructed in two side(s) open with wall

    panels replaced by company fascia. Exhibitor should notify the Official Contractor in writing on or before

    20 January 2020 if the exhibitor has any objection for opening on the additional side(s).

    16. The Organisers undertakes no financial or legal responsibility for any type of risk concerning or affecting

    the exhibitors/visitors, their personal belongings and exhibits. The Exhibitor shall, at its sole cost and

    expense, purchase and maintain, throughout the term of the Exhibition, public liability insurance against

    claims of bodily injury or death and property damage occurring resulting from its activities during the

    exhibition. The Exhibitor shall also be responsible for effecting insurance which shall include (but not

    limited to) its displays, exhibits and stands against loss or damage by theft, fire, water, public (including

    occupier’s) liability and any other natural causes. The public liability limits under the insurance policy shall

    be sufficient to cover the Exhibitor's risk and recognize Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd as an additional insured.

    The Exhibitor shall submit such policy of insurance to the Organisers upon request.

    17. In case any accident occurs in its exhibition booth or caused by it, the Exhibitor shall notify the Organisers

    immediately and take all actions to help the sufferer, reduce the loss and maintain the order. Afterwards,

    it shall submit a written report to the Organisers within 12 hours to provide a detailed account of the

    accident, clarify the causes and give a compensation or settlement plan.

    18. Power supply, water supply and telecommunication facilities for all the exhibitors must be contracted through the Official Contractor. For water supply, exhibitors are required to bring along their adaptor for connection to their equipment. Exhibitors have to bring their own special regulating units if they require very specific water temperature or water pressure. Exhibitors with very sensitive equipment are advised to bring their own stabiliser to cater for voltage fluctuation.

    Important Notes for Raw Space Exhibitors

    Raw space exhibitors will be provided with floor space only, i.e. no carpet, electricity supply, water supply, hall

    management fee (RMB 20/sqm), raw space cleaning fee (RMB 40/sqm, the organizer will subsidize RMB

    20/sqm, each exhibitor need to pay RMB 20/sqm only)and furniture. Exhibitors have to design and construct

    their own booths complying with the Rules and Regulations of the Organiser, the Venue and other Official

    Authorities at all times. All Raw Space Exhibitors are required to endorse and send back Raw Space Exhibitors

    Confirmation Letter (form 4) to the Organiser before the deadline as an acknowledgement of these regulations.

    Contractor

    1. Raw Space Exhibitors may appoint any competent stand contractor (“Self-selected Contractor”) to design

    and construct their booths.

    2. For Raw space exhibitors, appointed contractor information must be submit via the online ordering system

    Important Notes for Raw Space Exhibitors

    Booth Plans & Design Proposals

    1. After the booth location confirmed by the Organiser, the appointed contractor is required to submit the booth

    plan and design proposals including Layout Plan, Elevation Plan, Perspective Plan, Electricity Layout Plan,

    Electricity Distribution Plan, Material Specification, Contractor Company License, Legal Representative ID,

    Electrician Certificate, together with the signed “Construction Safety Guarantee form” and “Outside-

    contractor Registration Form” and “Electricity safety Guarantee form”. Appointed contractor can download

    the above-mentioned document via system.

    2. Drawings submitted must be in a reasonable scale of not less than 1:100 Drawings submitted have to be

    fully dimensioned and include all fittings and material to be used, moving exhibits, electrical installation plan,

    weights and point loading of exhibits. All the documents need to submit via https://ordering.milton-

    exhibits.cn/ClLogin.aspx?ExID=MGC00301&lan=en-us before 20 January 2020. Application of electricity

    box should apply before 20 January 2020, any application after the date will cause a 50% additional charge.

    Any drawing submitted after 20 January 2020, there will be a service charge of RMB 30/sqm.

    3. All raw space exhibitors or stand contractors are requested to submit the location plan indicating the position

    of power supply, water supply and telephone / fax connection points on separate drawings to the Official

    Contractor.

    4. Official contractor may require amendments or variations to be made to the design plan or proposals before

    approval, or may withhold approval at its discretion. No construction work shall be permitted at the exhibition

    hall unless the Official Contractor has approved the plan and design proposals. Any costs or delay caused

    should bear by the exhibitors and contractors.

    5. Double-story booth construction is prohibited.

    6. Once the booth plans and design proposals have been approved by the Organiser, the exhibitor shall

    construct the booth strictly according to them. Without the written consent of the Organiser, the exhibitor is

    not allowed to deviate from or make any additions, deductions or amendments to the approved booth design.

    7. Wooden structure booth must use the fire retardant plywood, flame retardant woods (relevant fire retardant

    treatment report, corresponding invoice and the corresponding copy should be submitted to the venue when

    required.) Otherwise, for all the wood materials, must be coated with fire spray treatment by 0.5 kilograms

    per square. Any wooden structure used in booth, including counter, walls or decoration, should pay RMB

    3000 as deposit for move-out clearing.

    8. Construction permits RMB35 / person; charge of vehicle pass (to be announced).

    Raw Space Booth Contraction Requirements

    According to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Work Safety, Law of the People's Republic of

    China on Fire Control, Regulations for electrical installations in Shenzhen and regulations of Shenzhen Public

    Security Bureau to electrical equipment and other fire control equipment in exhibition hall, exhibitors and

    contractors shall comply to the following regulations accordingly.

    Raw space exhibitors must ensure that they and their contractors are fully aware of the following points when

    preparing design proposals. Failure to observe these rules may result in costly on-site alterations required by

    the Organiser and / or the venue at the exhibitor’s expense:

    Important Notes for Raw Space Exhibitors

    1. No parts of any structure may extend beyond the boundaries of the site allocated, neither plane nor elevation surface. This includes spotlights and exhibitors’ names or logos. No booth decorations, stand fittings or exhibits shall exceed 4.5m in height. (30 sqm or above: maximum 4.5m height; under 30 sqm: maximum 3.5m height). Please contact the Organisers for stand construction that exceeds the specified height limit for approval.

    2. The names and booth numbers of the exhibitors must be prominently displayed and faced to the aisle. The Organiser reserves the right to affix them as they see fit and to charge the cost incurred to the exhibitor. Construction booth according to the floor mark, gangway shall not less than 3 meters. Fire hydrant and fire extinguishers is not allowed to be covered or blocked by any material or objects, 1.5 meters distance shall be remained.

    3. No partition wall or structure directly facing adjacent booth(s) may contain any company name or company logo. All surfaces of booth construction exposed to the public view shall be decorated to a finish approved by the Organiser (inclusive of backside panels / parts of booth adjoining other booths or aisles). The back of the stand must be covered by nice white finishing, either by paint or non-flammable material. No wall panel or structure directly facing adjacent booth(s) may contain any company name or company logo. Any construction containing company name or company logo directly facing adjacent booths must have at least 0.5m set back from the adjacent booth(s). Any surface directly facing adjacent booth(s) is not covered by nice white finishing, the deposit is deducted accordingly.

    4. 2 evacuation exits in the exhibition area with partitions that are enclosed on all sides by more than 75%, and the distance between the nearest of two adjacent evacuation exits should not be less than 5 meters. An evacuation exit can be set when the area of this type of display area is not more than 120 sqm. The evacuation exit must be opened and the net width is greater than 5 meters, and the distance from the

    farthest point in the area to the evacuation exit does not exceed 15 meters.。

    5. Each exhibitor is responsible for providing its own walls. Where booths are adjacent, an exhibitor may not use the reverse of the neighboring booth’s wall.

    6. Glass materials (requires issued tempered glass certificate and purchase invoice) using in booth decoration or construction must be tempered (intensified) (the thickness of the curtain wall glass is not less than 8mm), and must be firmly installed. Caution sign must also be displayed on the glass to raise awareness. The exposed edges of glass panels need to undergo additional treatment or wrapped by protective coverings to prevent injuries to others. If a glass floor is used, the structural support columns and walls must be fixed below the floor, and the stand structure must not be set directly above the smooth glass surface.

    7. Exhibitors are not allowed to construct neither a permanent false ceiling nor a ceiling structure covering 50% of total area of the booth size. No suspensions are to be made from the ceiling of the exhibition hall, nor may any fixing be made to the floor, walls or any other parts of the building. The ceiling of storage area cannot be blocked. A 6 kg (ABC) dry powder fire extinguisher must be installed in the booth; the installation standard is one every 20 square meters, and those less than 20 square meters are also configured according to the above standards, and so on.

    8. The layout of exhibits and the stand design should be planned in consideration of visual effects on neighboring stand and visitors flow. All stands in the exhibition, irrespective of height, must have at least half of any frontage facing an aisle left open and should not be blocked with separated wall structure. Organisers suggest exhibitors to adopt booth design keeping the frontage(s) facing an aisle open for attracting buyers.

    9. Material such as grass, bamboo, rattan, wood, foam, foam board, combustible plastic board, combustible plastic board, combustible carpet, cloth, ordinary plywood, etc., which are not treated by fire are prohibited to use. All of the above materials must qualify fire retardant treatment and not lower than B1 level before access to the venue. Relevant fire retardant treatment report, corresponding invoice and the corresponding copy shall submitted to the venue when required.

    10. Fire safety equipment, electricity facilities, emergency exits and main gangways of exhibition halls should not be blocked by any objects during move-in / out period.

    Important Notes for Raw Space Exhibitors

    11. To avoid copyright infringement, Exhibitors must own the copyright of their booth design drawings and build the stand strictly accordance with the drawings. If there is any copyright dispute which seriously affects the reputation and order of the exhibition, exhibitors should bear the cost and all consequences.

    12. It is forbidden to bring balloons into the venue without the written approval of the venue. The use of hydrogen balloons is prohibited.

    13. Smoking and any fire-related activity, such as paint spraying, welding and the use of electrical saws, is strictly prohibited inside the Venue. Smoking is prohibited in venue; any worker smoke in venue will be disqualified, and RMB 200/time as penalty.

    14. No fire safety facilities, electrical equipment, emergency exits or audience access may be covered or blocked at all times.

    15. All the stand drawings are approved by the exhibition hall and the Municipal Fire Bureau after the initial approved by the official contractor. Drawings may be required to be modified until approval. Once the booth plans and design proposals have been approved by the Organisers, the exhibitor shall construct the booth strictly according to them. Without the written consent of the Organisers, the exhibitor is not allowed to deviate from or make any additions, deductions or amendments to the approved booth design.

    Electricity

    1. Electricity is not included in raw space package. Raw space exhibitors or stand contractor MUST order the

    individual power point from the Official Contractor, and all the exhibitors should ask their booth contractor

    to make the connection between their machine and power point by themselves. Any electrical installation

    should be carried out by electrician with effective license; any power tools used in the construction must

    meet safety requirements after safety inspections.

    2. The Official Contractor must carry out all electrical works at the exhibitors’ expense. Design plans or

    proposals for electrical installations must be submitted to Official Contractor for approval together with the

    booth design proposal.

    3. It is strictly forbidden to directly insert the electrical wire into the electrical outlet or hang it on the end of

    the switchblade for electricity supply, and the connection should be made by using a plug and fixed port

    screws. No multi-plugs or adapters are permitted.

    4. The electrical materials, equipment and facilities must meet the state product quality standards and

    certification requirements and government fire prevention safety requirements. The electrical materials must

    have sufficient safe current carrying capacity, which must be larger than the rated current of the switch

    inside the power distribution box. For electrical wirings, ZR-BVV (PVC Insulated & Sheathed Flame

    Retardant electric wire), ZR-RVVB sheath wires or ZR-VV cables (please refer to the 3-core or 5-core cables

    for the 3-phase 5-wire low voltage distribution system) must be used, and twisted pair wires (flexible wires),

    4-core wires (cables) and aluminum-core wires are forbidden. Twisted pair and aluminum wires are strictly

    prohibited. Cable connections must be solid and reliable. Cable docking must use ceramic or plastic fittings

    with certified insulation protection measures in place.

    5. Electrical wiring must be fixed and not be laid on the display stand, floor or passageway. Electric circuit that

    crosses passageways must be protected with a protective ramp. Wires underneath the carpet or installed

    inside the construction materials cannot have connecting points within the wires and must be protected with

    conduit (metal conduit or fire-retardant plastic tubes). All the electrical wire (cable) connection must be

    connected by using terminal blocks or switches and the insulating tape is strictly forbidden for connection

    purpose. All metal structures, metal shells of equipment and facilities, and the main control electric of

    exhibitor booths must be successfully grounded.

    6. Switches and all electricity distribution panels must be installed within booth area. The main control electric

    box should be set at a safe and convenient location at the booth where easy for operation and inspection.

    Exhibitors or their appointed contractors must bring their own main control electric box which has equipped

    with a safe and reliable air break switch and ALCI device (30mA, operating time less than 0.1S) according

    to the rules. If the rated current of the air circuit breaker for the booth cannot be adjusted, the exhibitor or

    their appointed contractor should replace it with a compliant one. Only one master cable from the power

    distribution box of the booth is allowed to be connected with the power distribution box applied for the booth.

    Inflammable goods are strictly prohibited around the distribution box. All lighting rectifiers and triggers must

    pass the inspection of the fire department.

    7. Secondary power box is strictly forbidden to directly connect and use the main power box. Due to the

    limitations of the exhibition hall's equipment, the secondary electrical box must use industrial connectors

    and connectable plugs to connect to the primary electrical box. If the electrical box cannot be placed in the

    designated position, the exhibitor / constructor must provide a sufficient length of cable to enable its lower-

    level electrical box to extend to the range of the electric booth.

    8. After the electrical installation of the booth is completed, the exhibitor and their appointed contractor should

    conduct a self-inspection regarding the safety of the distribution system before electricity is supplied.

    9. According to venue regulations, no electricity will be supplied if contractor have not applied for the

    "temporary power supply (move-in period)" during move-in period, and no other sources of power is allowed.
