    2) During all mechanisms operation, it was forbidden to use lower shift for a longtime (not exceed 10 seconds according to the regulation), the shifts should beinueased or reduced gradually, the time between two shifts should not less than1-1.5 seconds. During lifting operation switch tleqrently between shift 4 adshift 5 is not permitl.ed lest the parl will be destroyed. It is impodant thal nufturegood operating habit. When move the trolley, do your best to switch from shift 1to shift 2 then shift 3 and in the slewing operation the contlol of the lever isrequired to be handled harmoniously. In any case: It is absolutely forbidden to operate in reverse direction (makereturn) suddenly or to press brake button forcibly during the running of thejib.

    3) Set the tower crane in the state of weather vane whenever tl.ris shift,s operation isfinished.

    4) Duing rhe operation, provicled that the crane falls into the trouble, please call onservice man o[ the rnender in 1i o Tt ic f^rhi1. i^ /r1r^rqi rhe crap r.,irh

The slewing mechanism is composed of torque motor and planetary reduction gear(see Fig.7.2-1). It adopts electronic variable voltage control system.
