Our Purpose
Learning to implement strategies for increasing membership engagement and retention in their chapter or colony
Being able to use critical thinking to identify areas for improvement in the realm of membership engagement
Membership Engagement
EngagedMembers care about their chapter and put work into making it better. They are invested in the success of the group.
Not EngagedMembers enjoy their experience, but are not actively participating in shaping it. Often the majority in a chapter
Actively DisengagedMembers who, for some reason, have been caused to actively withdraw from their chapter.
Strategies for Improvement
Improving engagement necessitates changing behaviors, processes, and systems.
Behaviors: How members act. What the cultural norms in the chapter or colony for what is and is not acceptable behavior.
Processes and systems: Chapter operations procedures and their systemic implementation.
