OxfordshireThe Manor House is situated in the picturesque and popular village of Little Tew in rural Oxfordshire.
The village is made up principally of period properties including the Manor House, 17th century farmhouses, an old school and cottages, as well as St Johns Church.

T Mainline rail services run from Charlbury to Paddington taking approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes or from Banbury to London Marylebone taking about 50 minutes. The M40 can be accessed at Oxford (J8) or Bicester (J9) for London and Banbury (J11) for Birmingham and the north. The international airports of Heathrow and Birmingham are within easy reach as is London Oxford Airport.
E Primary schools can be found at Great Tew and Chipping Norton. Local independent schools are numerous and include Winchester House, Summer Fields, Cokethorpe, The Dragon, Kitebrook, Tudor Hall, Radley College and Bloxham School to name a few.

Manor House The Manor House is a prominent and impressive Grade II Cotswold stone village house with its origins in the 17th Century with later additions. It is understood the house was extended in the early 1920’s but limited improvements have been made in recent years. The house is currently un-modernised and it is expected that a substantial renovation will be required. The house is built of Cotswold stone under a stone tile roof with the accommodation arranged principally over two floors.
The Manor House is entered off the village green through a five bar wooden gate and into the courtyard to the rear of the house. The house itself was last sold in 1914 and the previous occupant, the renowned academic Nancy Sandars, lived in the house from this date until 2015.
The principal reception rooms are of good proportion and are south/west facing overlooking the gardens. To the other end of the ground floor are a series of domestic offices that could be re-configured for a number of uses. Directions From the M40 (J8) Oxford take the A40 to Oxford, from the Oxford ring road take the A44 signposted to Woodstock/Chipping Norton. Shortly after Enstone, take a right turn signed to Tews. Follow signs to Great Tew (The Tews). On reaching the Great Tew cross roads turn left for Little Tew.
Proceed through the village and turn left at the green. The Manor House is situated on the left through the old stone wall entrance.
