Hi-Tech fabrication personnel have for many years been involved in thesupply of products to major clients where strict adherence to qualitymanufacture and specifications are paramount. Hi-Tech Fabrication is ISO9001:2000 approved and routinely applies the full parameters ofestablished quality control procedures and specifications such as ASMEVIII, ASME IX, ASME B3I, I and ASME B31.3.
Welding, cutting, machining, pressure testing and radiography areperformed on-site, with the operations of post weld heat treatment andpainting sub-contracted to qualified local companies.
Modern and routinely calibrated and certified welding equipment,fabrication tables and tooling, together with in-house machining, allowsHi-Tech Fabrication to manufacture components and fabricate largefurnace coils, manifolds and tubes to most specifications, including thosewith tight tolerances.
