To date, we are the only European foundry to be certified according to all nuclear codes: ASME III, RCC-M, HAF604. We have exclusive, sophisticated tools such as inspection equipment in radiography: our 9MeV linear accelerator is able to x-ray up to 400 mm-thick steel.

In Pîtres, France, our production plant provides innovative product ranges. To achieve this, we have a research and development (R&D) team, design engineers and experts to manage your furnace projects:- Steam-cracking tubes and components- Steam-reforming tubes and components- Direct-reduced-iron (DRI) tubes for furnaces
In China, our (new) factory, which is dedicated to the centrifugation and cast production of components, is equipped with the latest generation production lines. From the study phase onwards, we bring you our proven expertise for the industry, defence, energy and nuclear markets, to effectively guide your projects. Manoir Industries’ quality-inspection requirements are endorsed by all the key players in the petrochemical and nuclear sectors.Our know-how, our sales network, and our international presence in France, the United Kingdom and China open us up to new markets. Manoir Industries has a new and innovative fast production line in Pîtres, France. Implemented for and dedicated to the oil&gas and nuclear markets, it manufactures static casting products in a short time and to meet demanding quality levels.

Our experts, welders and metal-boiler workers have the technical skills required to support you in the most hostile environments.
ACCESS TO PROVEN INNOVATION CAPABILITIES
To optimize the operability of petrochemical furnaces, our R&D team has and continues to develop new alloys called Manaurites®, which is a well-known brand worldwide. We have expanded our range with two new alloys: Manaurite® XAl4 and Manaurite® 900X.We produce a complex alloy range, including high-alloyed materials, duplex, super duplex, inconels, etc.
