ENTARON XD 40

Applications

Extremely dusty applications Mobile applications, such as

construction machines, trucks on building sites, harvesters, mobile cranes, mobile compressors etc.

HOUSING6

The three-part housing concept offers highest flexibility for the positioning of the port relative to the bracket. The plastic reinforced with fiber glass leads to a weight reduction of more than 10% compared to metal or hybrid filters on the market (metal-plastic combination).

The secondary element offers best possible security during servicing of the main element. Two versions are available: the standard synthetic fabric element and a pleated cellulose element for higher requirements regarding flow resistance and separation efficiency.

Integrated mounting options with through-holes (standard) and/or threaded inserts (on request) for quick fitting.

The high performance medium achieves a long service life and a separation efficiency of over 99.99%. The support ring in plastic, the center tube in metal and the glue strip technology provide stability and security for the handling and operation. A version with a handle is available as an option to make servicing even more user-friendly (currently only with ENTARON MD 40).

The ENTARON XD/HD series has a service switch connection integrated on the housing. It is designed to use less installation space and is located in a protected position.

The filter service is easy. The intelligent design of the cover includes a release aid for the main element. The use of special closing caps prevents jamming between cover and housing. The closing caps with signal color are clearly visible even under poor light conditions and can be positioned according to the customer requirements.
