Operation Plan for September

Manggas aims to increase its operation through formulating a more effective sales and marketing strategy. This can be done through entering new market segments and maximizing the demand for its target market. An attempt to propose designs for school organizations and departments as well as company’s



organization will be its top priority to increase profit and brand awareness in the public.

Addressing the weaknesses of the operation will help the company to maximize its effort for bringing growth for the business. There will be an evaluation for each department and repositioning of personnel who are underperforming. The sales quota will be doubled since the sales department is working poorly. Marketing department will employ personnel to help in the marketing process. Production department should be more proactive and enthusiastic in doing their task to prevent delays and complaints from customers.
