The record date for the purpose of declaration of dividend shall be August 26, 2020 ("the Record date"). The dividend will be paid to those unit holders, whose names appear in the register of unit holders of the aforesaid scheme as at the close of the business hours on the Record Date.

Under the dividend re-investment facility, the dividend declared will be reinvested at the ex-dividend NAV. The payment of dividend shall be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TEMasapplicable.

Please note that in case the aforesaid Reco-d Date falls on a non-business day, the next business day would be considered as the Record Date.
