A trumpet is a many faceted object with so many nooks and crannies that you can’t even begin to try and know them all, which made it a perfect subject for this perspective project. Even two pictures of the same part of the trumpet can turn out completely different.

B a n n a ck Po r t r a i t sNestled in the southwest corner of Montana lies Bannack Ghost Town, a former mine town that is now a state park. The town is in the middle of nowhere, making it the perfect place to make a photography excursion. These were portraits taken on a trip to there. The models dressed in period clothing to preserve the integrity and feel of the ghost town.

The charm of Bannack Ghost Town spread further than taking pictures of models in period clothing. It was also a chance to explore and experiment with ƂPG�CTV��PQP�RQTVTCKV�RJQVQITCRJ[

This life is all about continuing in the face of extreme hardship. We can only go forward, even if it is on a broken wheel. I was impressed by the simple beauty of each wheel, despite their disrepair which led me to this theme.

As an English major, I never expected to fall in love with photography and digital imaging, but I did. The second I caught a grasp on my camera settings, I couldn’t stop. I love capturing something in a creative way that will last forever.

In my personal fashion style, I have always loved having at least one bright and bold piece of clothing. That has transfered over to my photography. I love colors! ;QW�YQPoV�ƂPF�VQQ�OCP[�DNCEM�CPF�YJKVG�pictures in my collection, although they do exist. If you are looking for someone who can capture the bright mood of life, look no further!
