The involvement of faculty is to improve the academic affairs through various co-curricular as well as extracurricular activities.

Faculty members are actively involved in the Industry Institute Interaction, financial reforms, disciplinary committee, etc. Whereas, students are involved in various co-curricular as well as social activities.

Students perform many activities through the Departmental Associations like Aptitude tests, group discussions etc.

Extra coaching for academically weak students after the college timings.

Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance

There is a meeting conducted by the Principal with all Heads of Departments every Monday at 10.30 am to 11 am regarding the activities in the departments.

Heads of Departments in turn conduct the meetings with staff members and convey the minutes of the meetings and vice versa.

The principal also conducts a meeting with all the staff once in a month. Thus, there is a continuous sharing of ideas which enables staff and then in turn students to work on new activities. .

There is a Class representative for every class, who is the ranker of the class and works as a link between students of his class and staff members.

Suggestion boxes are maintained at appropriate locations in the Institute for student’s feedback, especially with respect to administrative, services and amenities matters.
