3. RMKEC Alumni Association meetings are conducted twice a year,one on the graduation day and another on second Sunday in themonth of October.

4. The association has a Joint account operable by the secretary andthe treasurer in the name of RMKEC Alumni Association at IOB,Kavaraipettai.

5. A database of the alumni is under preparation which would havethe higher studies and placement details of the alumni. This wouldbe used for the alumni website creation that is to be linked with thecollege website. Information regarding present job opportunities,academic requirements, recent trends in the field of engineering,etc., would be posted in the website.

6. An online newsletter “SUNERGIA” of the RMKEC AlumniAssociation was published last year, in which reports of the recenthappenings, developments of our college, and achievements ofpresent and future alumni members were posted.

7. Two scholarships are awarded to the meritorious student by thealumni.
