The Board of Management is taking all administrative and academic decisions during its frequent meetings through out the year.

The Member secretary cum Principal is directly carrying out all important administrative and academic decisions with the active participations of heads of department administrative officer librarian and workshop superintendent

All the academic decisions are implemented by the heads of department involving teaching faculty members especially in preparing the schedule of the academic calendar, examination, curricular ,co- curricular, extra curricular activities.

Students representatives are selected through the process of selection of different curricular, co- curricular, extra curricular activities interest of the students.

The selection of the staff is carried out through the selection process only which is carried out by constituting selection committee as per the norms of AICTE and Govt. of Gujarat.

The Students are admitted through the state based Joint Admission Committee for Professional Courses. (JACPC) Tech. located at L. D. College of Engg. Gujarat based on HSC result and GUJCET Exam. In proportion of 60 % - 40 % weightage in GIA. All Self Finance seats are filled up as the guidelines of Retd. Justice R. J. Shah Admission Committee as per Supreme Court Guidelines. In the first year all seats are filled but maximum 10% of the students strength is filled by the same committee at second year Diploma to Degree based on merit list prepared amongst the students passed out in the Diploma examination conducted by Technical Education Board of Gujarat.

Faculty members in the form of “Faculty Advisor” are providing the counseling through out the year to a batch of 20 to 25 students . They provide all guidance related to the selection of the course, selection of the pace of study etc.

The students are guided by the faculty members for co- curricular, extra curricular activities through out the academic calendar.

The Special care is exercised for the proper guidance to the students who are very weak in their studies.

In the students hostel faculty provide honorary services as rectors and superintendents.

FOR SELF FINANCE BRNACHES

This year 25 % seats (10 % NRI & 15 % Management seats) of Self Finance branches were filled by the Management of the College (Charutar Vidya Mandal), Vallabh Vidyanagar based on the Gujarat State Government Notification No. GH/SH/7/2008/PVS-102003-639S dated 05.05.08.

Mention the admission test being followed, name and address of the Test Agency and its URL (website).

Gujarat State Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) for Professional Colleges is conducted by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) (T), Ahmedabad.

Number of seats allotted to different Test Qualified candidates CAT, MAT, XAT, JMET, ATMA, CET, JEE (State conducted tests / University tests).

All Seats are filled with the Merit based on 60 % Marks of the Theory subject of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics at 12th (HSC) examination and 40 % of the marks scored by the candidate in the Test (GUJCET).

This year 25 % seats (10 % NRI & 15 % Management Quota) of Self Finance disciplines were filled by the Management of the College (Charutar Vidya Mandal) Vallabh Vidyanagar based on the Gujarat State Government Notification No. GH/SH/7/2008/PVS-102003-639S dated 05.05.08.

The List of the students eligible for admissions under 25 % seats of Self Finance disciplines were approved by the ACPC(T), Ahmedabad.

List of candidates whose applicable have been received alongwith percentile/percentage score for each of the qualifying examination in separate categories for open seats. List of candidates who have applied alongwith percentage and percentile score for Management quota seats.
