• Since the Barclays Premier League was established in 1992, Manchester United has won 13 league titles.

• 13 league titles out of a possible 22.

Champions of Europe

• Throughout the whole history of Manchester United, they have only won the European Cup only 3 times.

• First was in 1968.

• Second was in 1999.

• Third was in 2008.

Golden Generation of Manchester United

• Manchester United were known for their youth academies and how they molded their young players into star players.

• One generation of players made their presence known on the field, even though their ages ranged from 17, 18, to 19 years old.

• They even created a film about them, called the “Class of 92.”

• As you can see on the table to the right, Manchester United was number 1 in shirt sells for five years consecutively from 2007 to 2012

• They have sold an average of 1.4m official shirts globally each year in those five years more than any other club in the world (except for Real Madrid).

This all started in 1878

• Since the creation of Manchester United (originally known as Newton Heath) they have conquered England.

• As in, being the team with the most English league titles (20 titles)

• The team with the most premier league titles (13 titles)

• And the first English team to complete the treble (European Cup, English league title, and FA Cup)

• Glory glory Man United, as the reds go marching on, on, on!
