I have spent the last 8 years working in various levels of local government in the US and Canada. 6 of those years were focusedon sustainable transportation at both the municipal level and county level.
My work experiance and the knowledge I have gained from living in Portland, Honolulu, and Toronto provide me with a uniqueknowledge of how to deal with transportation concerns under various constraints. I have had an interest in transportationplanning since I first discovered it as a career in 2004.
I moved to FL just over a year ago and have been looking for ways in which I can become involved in my community. I havebeen involved in municipal transportation advisory committees in the past and enjoyed the experiance. The MPO CAC would bea great fit for me.
