10Most organisational strategic management decisions appear to be unsuccessful and do not create the anticipated value and performance outcomes. Leadership and management, nowadays, is becoming more complex and challenging. This programme was developed to assist senior and middle managers to understand and integrate advanced strategic management requirements for organisational sustainability and success.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS
In order to participate in PASM you need to have successfully completed either the UNISA Centre for Business Management Course in Strategic Management, or equivalent and with 5 years’ management experience; or 5 years’ experience in Strategic Management.
ON COMPLETION
This programme will equip you to understand and apply strategic management principles, processes and plans in order to enhance and advance their organisational strategic goals and performance requirements.
Programme in Advanced Strategic Management
The application and registration process for the PASM takes place from September 2017 until January 2018. Attendance at the PASM study school is compulsory and the dates thereof will be provided. Please note the Application Fee for 2018 is R160 and is in addition to the tuition fees.
After completing this 6-month programme, leaders in the public and private sector will be equipped with the skills and abilities to successfully apply strategic principles and practices in the organisation.
