MSP programme management brings related projects together to manage their interdependencies. MSP provides those responsible for managing programmes with a structure to help them deliver the business benefits. The goal of this 1-day course is to provide you with an introduction to the Managing Successful Programmes philosophy and how it can be used to manage programmes effectively. There will be a combination of formal presentations, as well as individual exercises, enabling you to gain an understanding of MSP principles, governance themes, and processes. Prerequisites
