• Open only to media and social media ambassadors with HIMSS17 media credentials.
• Media liaisons, exhibitors and conference attendees are NOT allowed in the news room
HIMSS17 Paperless Press Room
Paper press kits, including USBs, CDs and exhibitor collateral, will not be accepted in the HIMSS17 Press Room

HIMSS17 Media Interview Room
• Room 314B• 8 cubicles with internet access for media interviews
• Each exhibitor can reserve two, 30-minute slots in advance of conference

How Do I Get my HIMSS17 News to Press?
• Exhibitors can upload news releases to the online site that is located in the Online Exhibitor Profile.
• The news releases already uploaded are available to media, attendees, and others at this public link.
• This link will appear on the HIMSS17 website before the conference opens in February 2017, and will be included in communications to press daily.
Technology Announcements
• Media liaisons are welcome to end any technology announcements for HIMSS17.
• Media liaisons can send before the show with an embargo date. • Articles will be considered for online publication before or during
the conference
