SAINT NICOLASIt has become a tradition for

four years now : SAINT NICOLAS climbs down the

belfry of Cambrai on December, 6th. It has

become a great time for all the children in Cambrai.

 After a spectacular descent, SAINT NICOLAS usually

offers sweets and candies to children who are sometimes

astonished or excited (it depends on the children’s

ages…)

Afternoon : Visit of « Cassel Horizon » to

discover the traditions, the folklore and history of Cassel.

Around 5.00 p.m we will take you to “T’KASTEELHOF” a tipycal

Flemish Estaminet where you will enjoy playing traditional Flemish

games without forgetting the traditional dishes, for example the

famous “carbonade flamande”. The most surprising is that the “ chef ” tells legends from the past while you

have dinner.
